I had no intention of buying a couch without knowing the price, but she said she couldn't get to the next page of the screen without filling out this information, and made excuses saying she had to start putting in delivery information as it would take months before they could deliver... Finally as I looked onto her screen, I saw her go to the company website and look up the price, which I could have done myself in 20 seconds... Overall, waste of 30 mins and we left without a purchase.

We wanted to buy a good trimmer and wanted to skip stores like Home Depot, found this place on Google with great reviews and decided to check it out. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable, he asked me to go the back with him and he let me start the trimmer just to get a feel for the product that I wanted to buy. The thing with any product is that you can either go to big name stores or these specialized shops, what I find is that these shops is that they always offer more expertise, better product and service. It's like buying bicycle, you can get a $150 one from Walmart or a hobby grade one from a bike shop for $500. For certain items, I'm fine with cheap low end stuff but some stuff that I want it to last, I always visit these shops. They are also local authorized dealer for many brands and they also do warranty repairs for them.

We were very fortunate for Eco Star's service, as we also called another HVAC company and didn't hear from them.
