Now I was concerned with this beer that it might be too heavy handed in the flavor profile with banana or too sweet but it wasn't that at all. It was a very well balanced beer which Steve and I enjoyed on those several occasions. In the flavor profile you taste a well executed subtleness, a zippines and bubbliness to go along with the carbonation and of course banana. There is nothing "too much" with this beer and it is nice and light bodied which makes it an easier one to drink time and time again.
