This shop is super shady, good ol' boy flathead valley nepotism at its finest. I would NOT do business with these folks. They made an agreement with me as far as my repair was concerned, waited til the check was mailed then called me back to give me some bs disclaimer as to why they couldn't honor their word. Took my Yukon into OHS' for repair from a hit and run that scraped along the driver's side and then a dang deer ran into the passenger side . They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. they even boxed up all the treasures that my kids leave all over inside the vehicle and put it in the cargo area of the car. We hit a deer within the first hour of our move to Montana. We didn't know anyone and certainly didn't know one body shop from another. We were referred to OHS' Body Shop. I had to have my passenger side rear view mirror replaced, and, just as they have done with every other repair they have dine on vehicles I've owned, Oh's provided a detailed estimate, obtained the necessary parts in a timely fashion, completed the repair promptly and did an excellent job ... and the price came in under the estimate. read more

I have used them 4 times over the last 10 years for body work and once for towing. They have been awesome every time! Had one minor issue with paint peeling off the bumper they replaced, but the fixed it right away and it looks great. Nice people too! read more

our Dodge truck had a deer thrown into the side of it by another truck in early June. Oh's is on our insurance's list of authorized auto body repair shops. It took them until October 25th to get the parts & get it in to be repaired. We were told it would be ready in 9 or 10 days. it is now November 26th and we have know idea when or if we will get our Dodge back. I wish we had taken it to anyone but Oh's. read more

I came here for the Body Shop and not the Towing service so I cannot speak to the Tow but the Body Shop was a pleasant experience. The appraiser was very friendly and very clear about what she was doing. She walked me through the process and sent me on my way. they called back a couple of hours later to set up the appointment for a repair after speaking with my insurance. The communication was clear throughout the process and they made the car rental very easy as well. The quality of work was great but the customer service was what stood out to me. read more

Wish I would have read reviews before I had my car towed here. It has been so frustrating!!! They said they would check on my car & call me back at least 4 times & then did NOT call me back... 11 days after my car was towed there they finally got parts ordered while I am paying for a rental car. I had used them a couple years ago & didn't have problems but now I heard they are under New ownership...not for the better either. Hope this will save someone from this frustration!! read more

SCAM artists here. I used my AAA to have an OHS' tow truck take my car to their shop in Kali. A few days later, I got a quote that included a $50 tow charge. I called about it, and they said the charge was bcuz they moved my car from the front to the back of their shop a day after the first tow. This kind of practice should be illegal. read more

If I could give this business a lower rating I would. I had a minor spider Crack on my bumper from someone in an icy parking lot running into my car. All that needed to be done was take off the bumper, repair the Crack and put the bumper and tail light back in place. This process took 5 days for some reason. Once I picked up my car and the next day washed/dried it I noticed they had painted a spot on the bumper thar had no original damage and it was silver paint with what looked like marbled black swirls in it also a tear drop of clear coat was running down the bumper and dried on. Also while drying my tail light on the same troublesome side was completely loose! I went to the shop to give them a chance to make it right but they had no success and needed the car for a day. When I got the car back a second time the paint was the correct color finally but.the tail light is completely loose and not straight with the other side. I was promised By the asst manager either a free touch up job on my hood or a free detail certificate for putting me out so much and not to mention the shop is 20 miles from where I live. I never received either one of those or any sort of refund. Long story short the people working in this shop are crooked, lying, unprofessional, sloppy workers that just want your insurance money and have no respect for their costumers. This happened all in 2015. read more

The first two times we stopped in weren't perfect. The trunk and left bumper needed a buff. The bumper was over buffed. We came in a third time after being contacted by a manager. Ryan was great! We left the car over night and most of the next day. Stopped in to pick the car up and the bumper looked great. They definitely made it right! read more

They are horrible. Charged us almost 700 to get my 16 year old sons truck out of a tiny ditch from a flat tire because they said had to use cones at 1am on a country back road with no traffic! He will have to work all year to repay that. Heartless and very rude and would not bill AAA. read more

Ohs Towing towed my car and did $750 in damage. Ohs Body shop claims they are not connected, but the logo is the same, the website is the same and the car was towed to Ohs. The driver damaged the car and we have proof of a picture taken a day before of the car with no damage. The owner Mike Nissen has denied the damage, been rude in the interactions and failed to take responsibility for his driver's actions. Seems like a convenient scam to tow a car to OHS body shop lot, damage it and then get it fixed by the "unconnected" body shop with the same name, logo,location and website. Have used OHS in the past for some body work on my car. We will go elsewhere in the future. I suggest you stay away from this shady operation. read more

OHS really saved my butt two times in the last month. The first time, what turned into a simple dead battery on the side of the road late one night turned into my car getting totaled by a texting driver. The man who showed up was very professional, not scary (as a young girl there late at night) and allowed me to just tell him where to go and he took care of the rest. It was nice to not have to worry about the other stuff. The following week with my other car, I locked the keys in and they came in 20min wam bam as the projected time was much longer...! This business is awesome! I had an accident in my RV in Glacier and wasn't sure it was safe to drive back to California. Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to the wonderful young man who helped me were helpful, polite and kind. They were able to fix the problem well enough so that I could get on the road again in less than 30 minutes...probably putting me ahead of other work, but they recognized the fact that a woman traveling alone 1500 miles from home probably needed some re-assurance. They were so nice I want to move to MT!! read more

Communication with, and within, this towing company is very poor. Following a crash that totaled our vehicle we talked to a person in the office about the possibility of being able to ride with the tow truck to our home in Libby. We were told that we could do this, along with our 2 dogs, but not until the following day. The driver said that he would call us between 9 and 10 in the morning. Luckily we found a hotel but no call came and when I finally reached someone late in the morning I was told that I had missed the driver's call at 8AM. No such call appeared on my phone. As the day wore on the ride commitment faded into one excuse and delay after another. Finally AAA told us that OH had refused the tow. AAA found us another company that was far more reliable and we were able to get home safely despite weather that was deteriorating. When our more dependable driver picked up our vehicle at the OH lot someone there, who appeared to be doing nothing, asked why he hadn't been assigned the tow. Clearly no one at OH knew what was going on or someone there simply didn't feel like doing their job. read more
