Simple question should have resulted in a simple but professional answer. Had excellent service on multiple occasions however at the Burns Oregon store and is why i called Kalispell. I will certainly suggest to friends and family to steer clear of this location. It also appears that if you leave a negative review here, they'll respond with completely false allegations in order to justify their wrong doing. Unbelievable. Oh, and one more thing, I was quoted over $300 less from the Burns Oregon Point S Tire location for the exact same service.

The only way they will do a tire job is to leave my truck there for 5 to 6 days. no appointments will be given. Doesn't seem like a very good way to do business.
