I provided a synopsis of my car's oil change indicator and he opened the door, guided my car through the bay door making certain the tires clear the bay space below. Extremely disappointing experience at the Draper location. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!…read more I brought my car in for an oil change and left feeling like I couldn't trust what I was being told about my own vehicle. Zachary rushed through the service and told me that my skid plate was missing. I told him that I regularly take my car to the Sandy location and they have never mentioned anything about a missing skid plate. After leaving Draper, I went directly to the Sandy location, where the manager checked my car and confirmed that my car does not even have a skid plate. So the information I was given at Draper was simply incorrect. The washer fluid situation was even more concerning. While Zachary was guiding me out, I noticed that my washer fluid warning light was still on and pointed it out. He told me that he had watched his partner fill the fluid and that my sensor must be broken. Again, I went to the Sandy location immediately afterward. The manager checked the vehicle and found that the washer fluid reservoir was completely empty. He filled it, and the warning light immediately turned off. So I was told that my car was missing a skid plate when it wasn't, and I was told that my washer fluid sensor was broken when the reservoir simply hadn't been filled. This isn't just a minor inconvenience. It raises serious concerns about whether the service was actually completed properly and whether customers are being given accurate information about their vehicles. I have trusted the Sandy location with my car and have always had a good experience there. Unfortunately, after this experience at the Draper location, I would not feel comfortable returning. Customers should not have to drive to another location immediately after an oil change just to verify whether the work was actually done correctly. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses what happened.

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
