I come to this location every time I need an oil change. Sam is an angel, all the guys are really nice. I don't feel like I'm being judged for having no idea about car things, and I appreciate their patience when I come here every time and still need directing. Cost wise I'd say they're on the lower end compared to places my friends have gone. Even when I'm closer to another location I'd rather drive all the way back to them! read more

This location offers value and quality with AMAZING, fast and thorough work. I visited at 4pm on a Saturday with 5 cars in front of me. Left by 4:50pm. Zabdiel or "Z" for short was thorough and amazing. Offered me everything recommended and broke down what the next 5k miles would look like (also offering liquid fill ups within the next 3k miles). Amazing, also shout out to Ty and JV who also worked here and were enthusiastic and super friendly. These three deserve a tip, which I left and was well deserved. Clean, fast and professional. I needed an oil change and I found this place on yelp decided to come here based on reviews. I went on a Friday half hour before they closed. The guy who helped me was ty! He checked my levels as was super honest said I didn't need a change right now but to come back when I did. He put air in my tires and was very helpful. Even the other man in the other lane acknowledged me and said to have a good day. This is excellent customer service that you don't expect in this day and age. I have passed by this business countless times in the past 17+ years. Mainly because I had warranty/service previously covered by the dealership. I went in this location today, Saturday 3/21/26 for my 1st Full Service Oil Change with them. I was greeted with a smile by every employee I encountered. I had 6 vehicles ahead of me. However, I had a minimal waiting time, which I really appreciate. I am totally impressed unequivocally with the Technician that serviced my vehicle as well as the other staff members. They were all professional, respectful, courteous and personable. The Technician was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!!!! He explained everything he was going to do prior to. They answered all questions and concerns I had. And provided applicable answers and recommendations for future service needs. I can honestly say that this is the Absolute Best Oil Change experience I have ever had hands down. I wanted to leave a tip however, I recently had a Heart attack and was briefly disabled for a while. Therefore, that caused unforseen hardship. This will be my Oil Change location going forward. I had my oil changed at this Oil Changers yesterday. This is the second time I have been to this location and I really love the fast service, and the excellent customer service they provide. I get the impression that the gentlemen who work here love their jobs and working with each other. Yesterday, I paid for my service with cash and then later realized I did not get my change back. When I came back to get my change, they were SO nice about it, didn't argue with me, and even apologized for the inconvenience. I've been going here to Oil Changers on Railroad Ave for about about a year now. Great service which is why I keep going back! I love that they give me an update on what services I might be overdue for. I didn't know I needed a new air filter or cabin filter. They showed me how dirty my filters were (so embarrassing). I also love that they show me the oil stick to let me know where I was at and the level it is after the oil change. I also love that they also check on the headlights, brake lights. Safety issue, Tech did not notify me that the drain plug bolt is stripped already. as i noticed it was leaking under. take a look at it by my mechanic and showed me the stripped drain plug. It can come off while driving and will cause huge engine damage. My mechanic has to change the oil pan as well. "please dont use torque wrench". after coming here with my two cars for 5 years and never going back again. Maybe the Tech need a bit more careful on what they do. thank you:) read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now for my quick oil changes and the entire staff here is super friendly and efficient. I don't think I've waited longer than 20-30 min with 2 cars in front of me and 2 already being serviced. They also wash your windshield and check your tires before they start service and I'm usually out of there within 20 min. I usually pay about $120 for a full synthetic oil change for a Mercedes GLA 250 2.0. Today, (8/3) I added the clean flush for an additional $20 (I needed this since I went over 2k miles). The price is standard for what I've typically paid for my car even going to my mechanic. I highly recommended! I did forget to do my Yelp checkin and get $10 off my service (which I wish they offered me) but it's all good... Next time! read more

First time coming to this location. Service was semi fast and friendly but... One of the guys asked another guy if he put air in my tires and cleaned the windows, he replied with yes. I drove off with one of my tire lights on and the guy who said he put air in my tires said it was a sensor. It was not. One of my tires was at 19 when I drove off because I checked at the nearest gas station and had to fill it. I don't appreciate being told it's a sensor knowing he just didn't fill it. I wish there was less than one star. This place put the incorrect oil filter and left oil leaking all over the bottom of the car. Used a tool which crushed part of the oil filter and it's dated as old? Pictures included. Also left the three vacuum hoses disconnected, and charged for synthetic oil which was unnecessary. Warning to anyone check your parts one getting an oil change here. I do not recommend this oil change place. The black oil filter is the one we replaced it with, which is correct. read more
