Was scammed. Brought in 2 vehicles, one SUV and one compact. Was charged $99for the SUV after I was quoted 70. They said additional was due to needing 2 extra quarts. Then the COMPACT had the oil changed which only took 4.5 quarts and at the end was told $99. I asked why am I being charges so much. He said that it's because of the Synthetic oil ( keep in mind both vehicles were given synthetic oil ). After asking to see the breakdown they gave me a hard time and ended up charging me correctly 25$ less. Must keep an eye on this location and watch them closely. read more

I was at the Pittsburg location on 4/15/22 for my oil change. Today I was on the freeway and my skid plate was dragging on the pavement. I had it towed to a shop and they informed me that whoever did my oil change did not properly screw the skid plate and the oil filter was loose so it was leaking oil. This is the first oil change I've had because this car was brand new when I purchased it. I now have to get a new skid plate on my car. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change of a 2011 Honda Crosstour. The next morning my engine had a "knocking" sound. The technician said I needed a full synthetic oil change when i have always gotten partial synthetic in the past. Fast forward to now, I was short (2)! quarts of oil and no, my car has no leaks as evidenced by our driveway being spotless. I was straight shorted 2 whole quarts of oil in my engine and paid premium for their service. I highly do not recommend anyone bring their car here. Go anywhere else. read more

Stopped by this place since Meineke car center closed and this was the nearest option and I left completely satisfied. The biggest plus for me was being able to stay inside my car while they changed my oil instead of waiting in a dirty waiting room listening to people's conversations on the phone.
