I was trying to explain to him about the issue we where having with the suburban and before I could get to Danny already knew the issue. He was able to explain to me how awful the transmission are in the 2017 suburban. He also explained to me how often they fail. He was able to break down what the game plan was to get the transmission rebuilt and quoted me a range of 4800 to 5300. I know what you're thinking expensive this day and age but a renamed GM transmission from the dealer was going to cost 6500, with the same shitty parts! Danny explained to me that they would be replacing the parts with better quality and explained to me that the cooling system in the stock transmission was also faulty. So I slept on it and the next morning 10/28 I had the vehicle dropped off at his gate at 830 in the morning without me having to be there! He took it in and got to work on the car. He told me that they would have it ready on Friday 10/31. He was true to his word and had it done on Friday! I was unable to pick it up due to work but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, he came down to the shop Saturday 11/1 for me to pick up the vehicle. He was also under the original quote! I was shocked and happy that he did that for me. I will remember and recommend him to anyone that is having issues with there transmission Andrews transmission is the best in the valley and the customer service and just the way he made me feel like I was his only customer had me sold as a life time customer! Not many people these days are true to there word but Danny and his team absolutely delivered top notch customer service and quality. The vehicle drives and shift better than when we first got it!
