My initial contact was with Sylvester and I was extremely pleased with his interaction. His shift…read morewas over when I had additional questions about my completed 4 wheel alignment. After the 4 wheel alignment in a satisfactory amount of time, it was obvious that the rear wheels were & still are out of camber (vertical axis of tire) when I called to discuss the issue the person indicated that the tires were within specification according printout which was true and that some "Sports cars" (BTW it's a VW Passat) were supposed to have the rear tires out of alignment in spite of the fact that the tires are showing wear on the inside tread. Having worked as a mechanic and verifying via VW sites that this is simply not true I realized I was being fed a line of hogwash. Stay with the professionals folks for wheel alignments...do not let Belle Tire perform a 4 wheel alignment on your vehicle. You can't trust the results! To be fair, my previous experiences with Belle Tire in GR & Big Rapids have been very professional and customer oriented.
