The minute I slid in, Hood Technician #12688 could tell his brake was over. I have no idea what his name is, as no one told me and I did not see name tags. Odd that other reviewers know their names ... The staff must have slept on the floor of the place the night before from the looks of 'em and their disposition. I'd be grumpy sleeping there, myself. It's a shame they had no homes to go to for a good nights sleep and grooming. #12688 looked very disappointed that I had driven over 1,000 past the point of when they 'recommended' I come in for service, but I at least I had a brite-eyed and bushy-tailed attitude. Because I had committed an engine crime he 'recommended' I get a flush. I declined and everyone there cried out in anguish inside, I could see it on their faces. I had been there before, so they knew how I operated; oil change only, like it says on their sign. I don't go there for tire alignments. Sure I could have tachometered on a few more services, but I was in a hurry and redlining to get out of there and away from the downshifting all around me. Despite my first experience here I had returned. What the staff lacks in motivation and hygiene they make up for in getting the job done at the cheapest price I can find in the GR area, and they don't ask a lot of questions like 'can we sell you some blinker fluid?' or 'do you want us to check your manifold seals?'. Nope, despite multiple retail flaws these guys get it done and get it down with minimal fake smiles. They never smile. They do the work, take your money, then show you out. No fuss, all sass. These dudes are scam artists, every time I come here they try and tell me it's a different price until I whip out past receipts. They've always adjusted it in the past backpedaling their antics. Until today when I went they charged me almost double what it normally is. I will never come back here and I would suggest anyone else to stay away from these cons. read more

Over inflated my tire pressure to 40 psi, (fig-a) I requested the tires be deflated to 32 psi. (fig-b Vehicle maximum 33 psi). Upon leaving tires were still not as I had requested (fig-c). WATCH your vehicle closely and do NOT leave until they have rectified problems they may created. read more

They dumped oil manually from very dirty containers and then dumped it all over the new motor on my 2018 truck! Ali the owner made excuses and refuses to resolve it despite a 100% guarantee - attorney now getting involved. There are other alternatives to this place - a teenager trying to earn money might do a more professional job! File State auto complaints people - this resolves bad service!! read more

Don't pay attention to the $21.95 sign on the side of the building--it's a scam. They found every possible reason to up charge me, drained my oil before I could say no. Left without getting my filter changed. Place was clean but the service was deceptive. I won't go back. read more

Poor Customer service. I had my oil changed at the Burton st. location on 11/27. Everything was fine until the next day. As I was driving down the highway the oil drain plug fell out and oil started pouring onto my exhaust system. Luckily no damage was done to the engine as I was able to shut the car off in time, pull over and watch the oil drain out. I had the car towed to a local shop and they confirmed that it was the oil drain plug, put more oil and a new plug in, and told me to make sure I got my money back. I went in to the speedy today and they refused to reimburse me for anything (even with receipts), told me I had been jipped by the gentleman who fixed my car, and ordered me to leave. Do not get your car serviced here. read more
