Even when the guys are in task mode and it's very busy Alex is so friendly and welcoming while he's got his hands full. I usually get the $40 full interior/exterior detail and if it's not a busy day it doesn't take more than 25-30 minutes. I once spilled my entire drink in my car and called nervously asking if it would be ok to come in with only a few minutes before closing. They let me come up and did what they could for the night, and we talked through the plan for me to come back within two days to finish getting the floor fully cleaned. It felt so intentional from all the guys who I talked with and the follow through on plan and pricing was intentional as well. I tell everyone about Prompt and the unbeatable value. When I have the ability to down the road I'll absolutely be getting a membership. If you're brand new to the experience it's just mildly confusing at first. Entrance is to the south west and you'll wait for someone to come talk to you before driving through the car wash. Then someone will direct you where to pull up. They don't tell you this because they're in task mode and assume you're a pro at this part: once you're parked in the lane they've directed you to, just leave your key but grab your wallet, phone, other essentials, and head on into the waiting room. Someone will come in and call out your car make/model when they're ready to take your payment, and again once they're done with your car. My friend first told me about Prompt a year ago and I'm so thankful. It has really been a godsend for my overwhelmed brain that I can steward car ownership in this way that's so accessible financially and from a fantastic team, when I'd otherwise let way too long go by without cleaning and sink further and further into guilt and overwhelm about it.

You can't tell me the accountants take 2-weeks to cancel your billing. I advise, if/when you cancel, also tell our bank to deny all future charges from them. Okay, raise of hands, how many of us read through the DOZENS OF PAGES OF FINE PRINT, when we were IN THE CAR LINE SIGNING UP WITH PLENTY WAITING BEHIND US. There are some things in terms and conditions that should be much more obvious, in bold, on the very first paragraph. Like this. And it's clear why it is HIDDEN deep deep inside it. Because most of us would think twice. It's a red-flag, BS clause!. It's section 5.2 in their terms by the way, which is about 3 pages in, approx 20000 characters in. Again, i think most of us that signed up in that line glanced it. Seeing other reviews it seems this is a shared and common concern. Oh and cherry on top, if you cancel within 45 days of initial sign up, also subject to a $5 fee. I work in office administration and oversee accounting etc at a National company that's been going strong since long before i was born. Trust me, cancelation is not hard. It's not a lot of work, does not need 10 days to do so. The ONLY reason the do this is a "gotcha clause", to squeeze more money out of you, and to deter people from canceling. Ironically. We canceled a bit ago, now considering getting a new carwash membership. But how terrible this experience is, we are going to sign up with ANY other carwash company, not quick quack. And yes, i am applying this review to all of the locations we frequented. Terrible way to do business!

The automatic bay does a good job and it gives you 85(!) seconds of drying as you drive out. The only thing that's a drag is that there's no card readers for the hand wash bays.
