As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. After my oil change, I took my car a couple months later to a different shop and they ran a diagnostic. The only thing wrong with my car was how dirty and dark the oil was. This was 2 1/2 months after this supposedly premium oil change. Apparently they charged me for the oil change but never did it. I only drive my car about 5 minutes to and from home to work daily. There's no way that less than 3 months later my oil was that dirty. I won't be scammed by this business again. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
