Given the 2 years lapse in time is the best quality indicator and greatest testament to this truly wonderful cabinet company. First and foremost, the family and crew are professional and wonderful. The total experience from design to installation left nothing to be desired as they were proactive, timely, competent and clean. Every interaction showed why a family run business is better than an impersonal box store. They asked questions for clarification rather than assume this is what we wanted. They had a "can do attitude" verses one full of excuses. The contractural agreement and payment schedule was straightforward and painless. I certainly would use them if I had to do it all over again but there is no need. Like I said, 2 years have passed and all is still very good! We are positively very happy with our beautiful kitchen, mud room and hallway cabinets!

Lines and reveals are tight, uniform, and proportional. Paint job is superior to many others! It has held up well in the last year year and a half. As with any custom build, there were some unique challenges, and we had a request for a minor change here and there as our design evolved. Casey was attentive and creative in helping us in the process. He was always available to verify measurements to make sure our other trades could put stuff in the appropriate place (plumbing lines, outlets, etc). We are now 1+ years into living with the new kitchen, and even though it is of fairly modest size, we feel it has every amenity one could wish for, and facilitates ease in workflow as if it were much larger than it is! Andrews Fine Cabinets made this all possible, and they were easy to work with. We report zero problems as of 1.5 yrs of use. Doors and drawers still square and smooth. We didn't know how heavily damaged the house was by termites, wood rot and lack of general maintenance but we knew just who to call. Chris knows exactly what to do and is helping us get everything in order. Chris has built a temporary wall to support our garage while the permanent repair is being planned and going through the engineering phase. He's a great general contractor and brings in quality subcontractors. We were very particular about measurements and custom details, and Alex delivered exactly what we asked for. Even when we requested adjustments after installation had already begun, he found solutions and made everything work for us. The installers were really professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. They were very organized and worked cleanly. A custom wood support remedy was made to address a subpar counter install completed by others when it was determined there was inadequate overhang supports installed by the counter installation crew causing a portion of the bar overhang to be unstable. The overhang specs called for support per their warranty handout and without that in the future if we experienced a counter failure like a crack, chip or ... that would cause warranty issues with the counter manufacturer's and we would be out of pocket for the repairs even if within the 10 year warranty period. Great job and wonderful to work with. Would definitely use again.
