I had driver Mary on the way to the airport and Elizabeth on the way home after the trip concluded. They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. Skyline is definitely not the cheapest transportation option but much cheaper options are less reliable with long wait times. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone and I would consider using this ride service in the future. read more

Amazing Rapid Quality Transportation! I was looking for transportation to LAX on Friday evening for a Sunday early morning flight for 6! Searched on Yelp, found Skyline and booking was a breeze! Driver was very communicative and as a mom traveling with 4 kids, I was very appreciative of the constant communication! I never had to worry about our transportation. Great way to and from LAX! I rode with two great, punctual, friendly drivers. The vehicles are company vehicles and are clean and comfortable. Company is very customer service focused with a central reservation line to call if you need assistance (I had to change a reservation twice and they were able to help me easily both times). Once again Skyline Shuttle came through for us...they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This time we were a party of 13 and needed 2 shuttles to take us to the Long Beach harbor for a cruise. We got textes the night before of when they would be picking us up, shuttle number and name of our driver. They were there to pick us up right on the dot. On the way back from our cruise we arrived and debarked earlier than expected. I reached out to the company to advise of the earlier pick up time we now needed and they did not disappoint. There was no issue on picking them up at LAX and the driver was even able to accommodate dropping off the other group since they lived near by first. I traveled alone for the first time this week and needed transportation home from the airport. I've never used a ride share car by myself and did not want to start from the airport. I researched various shuttles and options and while Skyline wasn't the one with the most reviews, they were a local company and had a few reviews that mentioned female drivers. Their rates were very reasonable and I liked that pickup was at the terminal and not the LAXit lot. Reserving was super easy and straight forward. Elizabeth was great! She communicated with me the day before I was set to arrive (as the email said they would), gave me clear directions on where I should go and let her know where I was so she could find me. She answered the questions I had promptly via text message, which I really appreciated, and when I arrived it all went exactly as she described. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes and that's likely because it's LAX and traffic was bottled up. I had been in a conference for 4 days and was tired and I was able to sit in the car in silence, thankful that Elizabeth had no issues with the silence. I am really surprised this company does not have hundreds more five star reviews. We recently used their services for a ride to LAX, and it was executed perfectly. Javier, our driver, communicated with me on both legs of the trip. On the trip back, our flight was delayed by about 20 minutes, then customs took longer than expected, and we checked a few bags... all told, we didn't get out of the terminal until an hour later and Javier texted with me the entire time so he would know exactly when we'd be curbside. Once we were, he was there within ten minutes, despite LAX being a madhouse as usual, he found us immediately. I don't know if YELP allows users to publish rates, but Skyline was at least a hundred dollars cheaper than companies offering similar services. Again, I cannot recommend this company enough. Great service at an affordable price. Stop looking elsewhere and book them now! You will not get a better deal or better service. read more

He texted again right when we landed and asked me to text him when heading to baggage claim and also asked if possible to meet him at pillar B6 cause it was a smoother pick up. He was absolutely correct. We picked up our luggage and I text him that we were at pillar B6. No more them 2 minutes later there he was pulling up to pick us up. I used this shuttle service for the first time for our trip to Maui last week. We had a early pick up at 3:00 am and I received a text from the driver the day before to confirm and 20 minutes before pick up. The van was clean and the driver Alexander was friendly.
