I too purchased a $39 voucher from AmazonLocal for one-way transportation to my home (listed as one of the destination cities within mileage range). When I attempted to use the voucher and make a reservation via telephone, the owner Nick Kamych told me that I needed to complete their online form. The form requires the customer to enter their credit card number again. I wrote back and provided my travel information and voucher number and requested a confirmation. The vendor refused and stated that I needed to complete the online form and pay an additional $27 (even though the AmazonLocal charge was for all services, except gratuity). When we returned from our trip and arrived at LAX, no driver from MSN Limo was present. We got a text message from the company so we responded. They would not dispatch a driver until we agreed to pay them $37 dollars! The driver would not arrive until much later (it was already 1:30 a.m.). We refused to pay the additional fee and had to get a shuttle company to pick us up. After checking my online account, I discovered that on 5/18/13, MSN Limousine charged my credit card an additional $27. We arrived at LAX on 5/19/13. So, our $39 charge would have amounted to $103 if we had payed them $37 extra on 5/19/13. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I've reported this company to AmazonLocal and my credit card company. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now entered this review. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Shame on you MSN Limousine!

He drove insanely fast (I felt quite unsafe) and said his next pick up was in North Hollywood in 15 minutes. Clearly they do not value their customers time if they are booking things that close together. I will NEVER use them again.

A couple days later a driver in a towncar arrived at my doorstep exactly on time and loaded our multiple bags into the trunk then politely opened the rear door for us. It was a very nice and comfortable car with bottled water provided. We zipped to the airport and arrived quicker than I expected. After unloading our bags I tipped the driver but then was told he needed my credit card to run through one of those old-school imprint machines. Then why did I spend time to give all my info over the phone?, I wondered. The driver then explained that a gratuity was automatically added on as part of the charge. He was polite enough to immediately offer my cash tip back, which created an awkward situation. Wish they had explained this over the phone! Well, now you and I both know. Two weeks later I was certain they probably forgot our pickup request and, as our plane landed in LAX, I started to think of backup plans. But as we waited in customs I called and was pleasantly surprised to be told they were expecting us and the driver was ready to pick us up - just call again once we were headed to the curb. After we got our baggage and headed outside, I called again and was told the driver was on the way. Within a couple minutes of getting to the curb the driver arrived and loaded our bags into the car. Our driver got us home quickly, even finding an alternate route with minimal delay when we encountered an unexpected freeway closure. He carried our bags right to our doorstep (and then we had to deal with that silly imprint machine again but this time I knew it was coming!). Craigslimo is responsible and offers a good rate for a comfortable ride.

He assured us that they would be there on time and that he would be our driver. We rented an older RR and it was perfect! Also, we put a deposit and owed a balance the day of the wedding. I didn't realize that I had put $200.00 or more extra in the envelope, which I thought I had lost in the hotel. Arthur confronted us before we left the church to head to the venue and said that we definitely overpaid him. I thought that was amazing, most people would have kept it. I recommend going here and requesting Arthur.

We have relied on them for car service to and from the airport on trips to Paris, Italy, Cuba, and Hawaii. However, sadly this trip and customer service provided by George has seriously missed the mark and I will never use this transportation service again. We had a schedule pick up on July 31 for our international trip and the driver did not show. No one contacted me, I had to reach out to the driver directly and ask for his status, at which point he told me he was having car trouble and I needed to contact George. I reached out to George and he apologized for the inconvenience and told me he did not have a back up driver and would refund me my trip and comp the return trip home. The problem was, I had to scramble last minute to find back up transportation to take my family and 3 yr old to the airport. Calling an uber wasn't realistic bc we needed a car seat, which 805 VIP was supposed to provide. So we had to find someone willing to drive us to the airport in our car last minute. I reached out to George prior to the return trip home and he assured me there would be a vehicle waiting for us and thankfully there was, however there was no car seat as promised. Once home I texted George to let him know we made it home and the trip went ok. I also asked him to let me know when the refund would be processed and George told me he would Zelle me the refund. Well, the refund never came. I reached out to George via text 3 times and email once inquiring about the refund for at least the trip TO the airport and there has been NO response. George full on ghosted me so I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is unacceptable customer service and quite frankly a fraudulent business practice to charge customers for a service that was never rendered. I used 805 VIP transportation vs another company in an attempt to support a local business but really regret it. Not only did we have a stressful time getting to the airport but I also never received a refund that was owed. 0/10 do not recommend this company. Find transportation elsewhere.
