The Good.. the service was great and beers nice and cold, fast service and friendly staff once you got past the part you will read at the bottom of this review. The Chips and Dips trio was great but you do need more chips! The Bad.. We went here on a Friday night! I want to check out all the hype. Plenty of parking. Restrooms were clean. The place is pretty big inside TVs everywhere you can even get your own little booth with the TV.! it's definitely a sports bar! They have a lot of beer and alcohol there. They always keep checking up on you if you need anything! As far as waiting for the food, it did take forever. Our taco plates came first and it was cold, but we didn't make a big deal. The Smashburger came out hot and was amazing! What made me confused , I was a little shy to ask was we got the taco plate and we got Carne Asada. I wasn't sure why they charged a dollar extra for each taco. I'm not sure if it's because we asked for Carne Asada, but it wasn't a big deal. They did have security there. I was a little bit disappointed because they don't have that much food on the menu but then again it is a sports bar. We'll definitely be back when football season starts! I can't tell you when the waitress started to take our order (by the way she was super sweet) she went by my husband to take the order haha, and he backed off a little bit and saw that. Came here for Sunday football and nothing is more irritating when they dont know how to handle the audio/visual equipment, you need to have ALL the games playing somewhere, and two very annoying things they kept switching the game on the main screen and the sound was not coordinated with the game playing, also they would switch to music when a commercial played but switch it back to the the game literally 5-10 minutes after the game resumed. If you are too inept to switch it back at the right time then dont switch it at all or dont play the sound. The management is so clueless about what should be played they actually tried putting on soccer/futbol on WTF? Unless it was some major game going on(it wasnt) u dont put that on the screen for Sunday Football instead of other NFL games. For the 1pm games these brainacs put on Cleveland/Raiders as the main game(I am a Raiders fan btw) instead of Eagles/Cowboys if u know sports you have to know how stupid this is. There were a total of 4 nfl games playing at 1pm, at 2pm they had 3 games showing and never the 4th. LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN YOU NEED TO SHOW ALL THE GAMES!!! It really sucks that I have to blast the Mgmt like this but they have no clue. The staff was very friendly in general, the food ehhhh nothing special(but u dont really go there for the food), drinks reasonable but terrible selection of alcohol/beer/seltzer, absolutely nothing sugar free. First the security at the door was a big surprise, body searching at the door and not even nice about it. Wasn't expecting to go through security for dinner. When we arrived at our table the waitress seemed nice but our orders were not placed correctly and when we finally received our food, my salad was not good at all. Chicken cold and no flavor. My buddy got tacos, cold and again not good at all. Overall experience was a disappointment and will not return. Look at what happened to Tilted Kilt in Chino Hills. Same issues and their gone. Service was trash . Told the waitress can I change out the alcohol in the spicy margaritas and she said yes. So a different waitress bought out our drinks in addition to two more. We were confused as to why we had extra drinks. When the bill came, we saw the different tequila we wanted to change in our drinks, were charged as a whole separate drink, so the two extra drinks they gave us were not suppose to be charged for. We have been at this location 3 times since opening. Food and service is great. The "chicas" have been very attentive for our 3 past visits. My family and I use to go to the Downey location. But this new location in Chino is much closer to our home and will most likely be our only location we now go to.
