This is the best place to watch the games during football season. I came here during the Super Bowl and the lovely Chelly was my server. I've been to other Ojos Locos at Downey, Lynwood, and Vegas but Chino is by far the best. Parking is not too difficult to find and the servers here are all amazing and super friendly unlike the other ones I've been to. Chelly especially is the best and always greets me with a nice smile and attention to details. Their wings are better than Hooters but I recommend the street tacos for best value. I came here twice. The first time was maybe two weeks ago and I was so excited cause it was my first time going to an Ojos Locos when we got inside we were waiting for our server to greet us and she hadn't come up to us for about 10 minutes. I believe the manager who was a female finally greeted us, and she was really sweet and very accommodating. She even moved us to the booth that we wanted after that we met our second server at our new table and she was really cool at first after we got our food that's when everything went downhill. our server would only come to us every 30 to 45 minutes if that, we spent the whole night looking for her. We did see her talking to all her other tables who were purely men, so I guess they just favor those tables more. Once it was time for the check that I had previously asked her to split. She came back with the check And walked away before I could see that the check was not split. We waited another 30 minutes for her to come back to our table to pick up the check but while we waited, we looked for her and she was nowhere to be seen. Finally, another server came to us, and I told her our dilemma and she went to go try to fix the problem. She also could not find our server. About 30 minutes later our server came to our table to pick up our check and I had told her that another server came and got our check. 15 to 20 minutes later one of the managers told us that he would handle it and gave us a discount for our troubles. We all genuinely thought we would never be back, but we decided to come back tonight. Luckily, the service was a lot better. Our server was still not as attentive as we would have liked but I'm assuming it's because they like to favor the tables full of males but she was definitely better than our last server she was really cool. My advice is please be as attentive to tables with couples and females as you are with the men, us girls want to enjoy ojos locos too. We arrived at 5pm and immediately seated. We had menus and waited for a server for over 15 mins. When server arrived we ordered our food and drinks already since we had enough time to be ready. Our food which was tacos and chips & guacamole and house salad. Food came out right away but we had to wait for utensils. Our drinks had to be re ordered because they didn't have in stock. Our drinks didn't come out until 545pm. We still waiting on our wings. About 615 we asked for our wings and they said our order went to another table and they would make again and be out shortly. No water refill or asking for another beer. We cancelled our wings and left. They tried to bring wings out when we paid our check and leaving. It was already 6:30pm. This place has a lot of work to do with customer service. And getting orders out. Very unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend at this time. They need to get their act together. I have only been to this establishment about 2 times and let me tell you the manager Jose Martinez at this location is a perv. I really don't understand how the cameras are on and no one seems to say anything about how he "bumps" his groin onto the chicas behind several times while on the clock as he proceeds to say "oh hey, I didn't see you. how you been? I haven't seen you in a long time." Now that that's not the only problem at this location, One of the managers made one of the chicas cry with the rude remarks made regarding a little weight gain... Mind you this is a GUY making these comments to a chica. 2 girls who came to my table while I enjoyed my order mentioned about the Kitchen Staff always getting treated like crap, getting hours cut because the manager doesn't like those certain employees, being pushed to the limit of quitting, getting stressed out to the point they cry, girls getting harassed by employees who at the end they claim " we take these actions very seriously to protect our chicas" where's the protection in this ? I hope this reaches the right person and things get solved. I have mix feelings about this place. I saw someone started their review with the good and then moved to the bad but I will start with the BAD. My friends and I went on Friday night around 9:30pm to celebrate a bday. We were excited to see what the hype was all about but literally as soon I walk up to the door it went down hill. To start, I'm walking up to the entrance and I see a line of 4 men waiting to get wanded and searched by security. I didn't think much about it. It was pouring rain so I walked up to next to the entrance to get some cover from the building and security looks at me and asks "can I help you?" I'm not going to lie, I thought he was joking so I giggled and he looked me straight in the eyes like if I had just did something wrong so I answered "im here to go in the restaurant" (Like DUH) and he rudely responded by telling me to get in the back of the line. I was sooo confused and sincerely puzzled by this interaction. My bf and friends were already in line so I was planning on going to back in line once it was our turn to be frisked and padded down, I was just trying to stay dry and out the rain. Anyway, I get back in line with my bf and friends and once we were up to go through the prison security, they wanded me, checked my purse throughly and told me to go inside and wait for my party in there (like wtf) I couldn't even wait for my bf to be padded so I went inside. My guy friend not only got wanded and padded down, security also lifted his shirt to check him further.. HELLOOOOOO this is a RESTAURANT people!!!! Is this even legal? I can't wait until they do it to the wrong person!!! Security is rude and literally act like they are the secret service. They even have security infront of the restrooms, all in bullet proof vest mind you! Anyway, the good: got seated quickly, had a lovely server, and someone was always checking to see if we needed anything, and made sure our table was cleared of empty mugs/plates. It was my friends bday so the girls surprised her by singing happy birthday to her (they were so sweet), food was good and prices were reasonable. Honestly, the security is a huge reason why I would not go back. I think there's a level of customer service that they need to be aware of if they're going to conduct themselves like that. As a new establishment in chino, I regret to inform yelp reviewers that cooperate of this sports bar may need reinvest our rethink in new management. Unfortunately this will be my only time experiencing this venue. The waitresses and bussers were excellent. Very attentive. My concern focuse solely on one incident. Eli, the manager, made a very disturbing comment about one of their waitresses. Our waitress was jadyn and she did an exceptional job tending to us. We experienced a couple of bad drinks so Jadyn took the initiative to inform Eli about the drinks to have them removed. Jadyn expressed that management world remove the drinks. When we recieved our bill, we noticed that the bill showed that the drinks weren't removed and one of the drinks were added on the other parties bill who never ordered that particular drink. I expressed to Eli that our waitress was great and his response was that she was a horrible waitress. Jadyns response was " a horrible waitresses?" I replied "Horrible waitress? No she's not.". The waitress took great offense to this as no manager should ever speak negative about staff in front of any customer. This was very rude and unprofessional as well as very offending.
