She went to the back to find the size I needed in a pair of shoes and made sure everything fit before we checked out. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The products are excellent, the store is well organized, and the service has been consistently good for us every time. I can't believe a so-called designer bag has a worse warranty and lower quality than a bag from Walmart--overpriced products of extremely poor quality. Now I'm left with a bag that looks like a cheap knockoff; it's embarrassing. The saddest part is that my bag actually went to the repair department, only to be sent back with an email saying, "We are very sorry, but we cannot repair your bag." If you can't repair it, do something to make it right. Don't even get me started on the wallet; the saddest part is that, as time goes by, everything I bought is falling apart... (I forgot her name but she had double piercings in each ear and worked 2.20.22, her name was not on the receipt) I watched her sanitizer everything and then proceeded to complete the questionnaire and release. Picked out my earring choice (anything from stainless steal to 14k gold) and chose rapid (so I can change it in 3 weeks vs 6 weeks) - it is a bit more but not much considering its 3 weeks less! I did witness everyone else helping customers, as the streets was busy and then everyone watching while they patiently waited their turn to get their ears pierced. She took her time and asked me to make sure I would like the placement, and you could tell she wanted it perfectly even... she even apologized for how long and that she just wanted to make sure it's even. I was content and wanted to make sure it was even too! Would highly recommend, it is safe, easy and great customer service! Not to mention the aftercare she went over it with us, and had me do the process in front of her. Provided instructions that even include a section about masks with a "check-off calendar" - which is perfect for me and I hung it up in the bathroom as a reminder to clean it everyday. Don't forget the 20% off anything else in the store the day of your piercing only!

It wasn't enough time for me. I found an interesting business: "Last Chance Store"... where customers have a chance to purchase Amazon returns at a low price. The lowest is $1 on Wednesdays! I also had a chance to buy shoes at the Sketchers store. My cousins got work shoes... and even shorts, using a $50 coupon... what a deal, right? I believe that they were happy with this productive outing! I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more stores!
