She went to the back to find the size I needed in a pair of shoes and made sure everything fit before we checked out. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The products are excellent, the store is well organized, and the service has been consistently good for us every time. When my bag started showing damage along the stitching and the glue they used began seeping through onto the surface, no one knew what to do. I asked for a replacement--the same bag or something similar--but they refused; the only offer was a 30% discount on a future purchase. I can't believe a so-called designer bag has a worse warranty and lower quality than a bag from Walmart--overpriced products of extremely poor quality. Now I'm left with a bag that looks like a cheap knockoff; it's embarrassing. The saddest part is that my bag actually went to the repair department, only to be sent back with an email saying, "We are very sorry, but we cannot repair your bag." If you can't repair it, do something to make it right. Don't even get me started on the wallet; the saddest part is that, as time goes by, everything I bought is falling apart... I've had employees assist me by looking in their back stock to see if certain things were available when they tell me they're sold out and I've been successful every time.
