Being from Long Island New York I can tell you there's no place up here as good as this place but that may not be saying much. In town for a week and went to shoot here. 10$ for the whole day. Woman at check in counter was polite. Since it's 10$ a day we took a lot of ammo with us and spent close to 5 hours there. Not just shooting but meeting and talking to some interesting people. Some who have never been outside of rural Tennessee so meeting an outsider from New York who shoots was something different for them. As far as the range there's rifle with points at 50,100 and 200 yards. 2 large pistol ranges, a shotgun pit, a shoot house, trap and I think archery as well. The place is large. So large that you'll drive from the office to the pistol range. I enjoyed it so much there I went a second time. Used this shooting range for the qualification part of my carry permit class. It's an outdoor range not too far off the beaten path in Woodbury. It's pretty no-frills, but if all you're looking for is a nice secluded spot to do some shooting, then this is your place! I'm not sure how many handgun shooters it can accommodate, but there were ten of us shooting at a time and there appeared to be plenty more lanes available for other folks down the line. On the way in we passed a good number of traps for folks shooting clays, so if that's your thing, then you've got a place to go here as well. read more

So for starters a $10 range fee is great. It is an outdoor range, and I was able to draw from my holster and fire which many indoor ranges don't allow. It is down a narrow winding country road. Once you pay the range fee, you have to drive to the actual range locations. I would not recommend riding out there on a motorcycle. For the price, you just can't beat it. read more

Definitely a great outdoor range! Went here for the first time last year for my carrying permit class. Went for a 2nd time on Saturday 1/2/16 after getting my fiance his first shotgun for Christmas. If you want to shoot all of your guns at one place... this is the place to do it. The staff is great and no one is hovering over you. The fee is $5 for ALL DAY per person. Just sign in and go about your business. We got to trap shoot for 3 rounds. Trap shooting is $5 per round (25 clays) Saturday was a busy day, so I suggest go early.. especially if you want to do any rifle shooting. The lanes get full pretty early on. Returned to the range on Sunday early to shoot the rifles. Spent at least 2 hours doing that. I can see why people that are shooting rifles pretty much don't move for a while. So much fun! I'll have to get more creative with my targets next time. Spent some time trap shooting again. Even more fun! Also, if you didn't already know, only 1 shell in the shotgun at a time for trap shooting. This is an outdoor range. Don't wear your nice shoes here. Restrooms are at the front office! I've been to a handful of ranges and OK Corral is by far one of the best. It is $10 a day to shoot, they have pistol pits, rifle range, shoot house, and trap. All of the staff is super friendly as well. It may be a little out of the way, but it is by far a better experience than any other range in the area. read more

Great outdoor range..some it can come across as dirty because of the expended casings..that's your prerogative.. I actually like it. Easy low rates no one hovering over you when shooting is great. Not bad to find.. Just use navigation once or twice... A small ride from Murfreesboro maybe 25 mins from it. Very worth it. So honestly fun outdoor range. read more

First the Ugly. This is a rustic range. There are no bells and whistles (well there is 1 but I will get to that). The buildings are made from sawmill lumber that give a great down to earth feel to the place. All of the customers that I have met there are nice and polite. The employees are very professional without being stuffy about it. The rifle range only goes out to 200 yards, which is far enough for just about all hunters as well as far enough out for a fair amount of just fun target shooting. The pistol lanes are semi-enclosed. By that I mean there is overhead cover as well as walls separating every 3 lanes. The furthest you can back up is about 20 yards which is plenty for pistols. There is a shoot house (probably the only real bell or whistle here). It can play generic music and noises as well as anything you have on your smart phone, or other digital device. They have go-pro's that you can use to record your adventure through the house. Since it sits down in a hollow spectators can watch from a birds eye view safely. There are also trap and archery areas that I have not used as of yet. All in all this is a very nice range to go to. As a side note for those with children just call them up and ask if your child can shoot. From my experience if there is a very young child on the line that isn't an issue provided there is at least one adult with them at all times who is not shooting (so two parents with 1 child is fine, provided only one parent is firing at any given time). I am not sure what the youngest age is so it is best to call them up. For thoes who like to watch watermelons, apples, oranges and the like get shot - there is an area here where that can be done safely. They do not allow any targets that cannot be easily removed to be shot - so no bottles, cans, T.V.'s and the like. I attended the Tennessee carry class (the class needed to get your concealed carry permit). I scheduled this about 3 days earlier and I was the only one in the class! So for all intents I had a 4 hour class one-on-one with the instructor. This was great partly because the class didn't have to have a certain number of people or get canceled (I am told they never cancel a class and they are able to teach it every day of the work week) and partly because I was able to ask more detailed questions without feeling like I am slowing down the others in the class. read more

Just relocated to area. Found most ranges expensive or exclusive/private. Great pistol and rifle ranges. I arrived early, the shooters we very safety oriented and courteous. Late morning to afternoon, number of people grew and became more crowded. Great place, very family friendly. read more
