I was just in…read morethere today and you can start by examining the treadmills and precor machines over by the mirror in the cardio room. All of your machines need a deep cleaning and if you have cleaners at night as you stated you need to fire them. They are not thorough!.... Take a closer look. They texted us in the morning to confirm our reservation then promptly met us at the Jefferson Springs boat ramp. We were quickly outfitted an off to explore. We found lots of wildlife and pristine river banks that we were free to explore as all the land on both sides of the river is public. We spent about 3.5 hours on the water and had quick lunch break in the middle at the great park where the ramp is located that is set up with picnic tables, public restrooms and grills! The Stones River company kept in touch with us and were ready at the end of our rental to promptly collect the kayaks. We would highly recommend this company for your kayak rental needs!

They no longer offer day passes and have upped the price of swim lessons $15 in under a years time. The membership fee per month is outrageous for what little they provide. It is an older rec center with nowhere near the activity offerings of one's like longview in Spring Hill. Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

I lost my water bottle last week and just came in to see if someone turned it in. Unfortunately I think I've lost it for good but the owner gave me a water bottle he had gotten from a business for free. Absolutely amazing staff and gym. The same people that own this one also just opened one in Columbia so I'm guessing it's just as good if not better. For the actual gym part you get a wide variety of weights and machines and there's enough to be able to train everything. The only problem I would say this gym has is having too many members because it does get busy during the day. But I think that's a good problem to have. 10/10 would recommend!

The people working are always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and every time I come it never seems overly crowded. I come here specifically for the group classes. I mainly take Yoga, Barre and Iron Bodies but have loved every other one that I have tried. I do wish they offered more classes (especially Barre) but it's a small town and limited classes are to be expected. I'm just happy I don't have to drive 30mins to workout. :-)

The spray was probably diluted... No paper towels in bathrooms anymore and soap is stocked at the sinks 40% of the time. Water filter has been disconnected so you can't tell it needs to be changed.
