I placed a Mother's Day order online for a delivery on Saturday. At 245 I called the business to find out when the flowers would be delivered as they were going to a restaurant that would be closing at 5pm. I could tell they were really busy and heard a lot of commotion in the background (understandably since it's Mother's Day weekend). The person on the phone was very accommodating. She told me they were delivering until 8pm but I explained it was going to a business. She took the time to find my order and was trying to see if it was already on a truck. She told me that if it wasn't already on the way she would make sure to put a rush on it and asked for the time the restaurant would be closing. Less than an hour later the flowers were delivered! Absolutely horrible service. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but in this case there was a need to. My brothers funeral was on Friday Aug 20 my family from England and Canada purchased tribute flowers that were linked on the same site as where the funeral was. The funeral was from 9am - 12 the flowers were not at the funeral for the service. We were informed from the funeral home that they weren't there but they were aware the flowers were part of the memorial tribute. We called the number provided and of-course they don't answer there phone. The flowers were delivered to the funeral at 1:32pm an hour and a half after funeral was done and the family had gone home. After many calls and useless conversations with uneducated staff telling me the flowers were delivered they were to brain dead to understand the point that the FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AFTER THE SERVICE WAS DONE. They then decide to pick up the wilted flowers that were sitting at the funeral home for 2 days to then drop off the bouquet to the residents on the Monday .once again they were too dumb and more so lazy to make the flowers again as a common curtesy. I guess common sense is out the window for a lot of companies all they care about is the money there was no care in the world to how badly they fucked up. My family and I and extended family/ friends that live in California will never again order from this ridiculous so called flower crap again. Your better off pickup the flowers yourself. You guys need to go back to school and learn business etiquette. Especially when you have a contract to provide TRIBUTE FLOWERS! read more

After searching online yesterday for florist shops to make a delivery for a funeral, I noticed this shop had a 3.25 rating. I bypassed it and looked at others. I spoke to a couple representatives at other shops that were acceptable but my mind went back to this shop to perhaps give them a chance. I spoke to a woman name Mary who was initially professional as I talked about the size, ribbon color, etc. of my arrangement. But when I mentioned if I was spending $125 for a plant arrangement, I expect for it to be full and has a nice height. She asked for my address, name as it appear on my credit card, etc. When she gave me a total which was more than I expected I began to pause. I told her I needed to stay within the $125 range and this is when she felt I needed to go with another company. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THE STAR RATINGS WERE AT "3.25." I am a stickler for customer service and this behavior was totally unacceptable. If you don't want to waste your time, bypass this location. I expect employees to be understanding and flexible especially with everything you can think of going on in our Nation today. I moved on to another shop where I was pleased. read more

I ordered an arrangement on Wednesday the 30th for delivery on Friday the 1st. Simple arrangement. I provided both my cell phone and work phone numbers so there wouldn't be any communication issues. Long story short, it's Friday at 4:30pm and no flowers. I call Teleflora and whoever answered kept apologizing but wouldn't give me a refund nor refund the $14.99 service fee. She also said that "due to privacy issues" she couldn't give me the florists name. She also claimed the flower shop tried contacting me about a substitution as they had run out of the Chickadee vase. I never received a call. I also work in customer service and if I anger a customer, you're damn skippy I'll do what I can to make the customer happy even if it means taking a loss. The customer is who keeps us in business. Obviously neither Teleflora nor OK Flowers care about their customers. Finally today the flowers show up. Went in the 2 days before my wedding, stressed because another flower shop said they didn't think my baby breath would be here in time that I had order weeks before, so I went on a hunt for baby breath, walked in and was greeted by the owner she told me not to worry she even convinced me to order some other flowers told me to pick it up around 10 am but didn't tell me they only stay open 3 hours. I called and left messages after messages not once would they answer or even call me back. When I finally got a hold of them she laughed and said I should have picked the up the Monday after my wedding. And that they will not refund my money or even try and make it right.
