He has changed positions there, but still took the time to get my wife's car set up with new tires. After the tires were on, we got a sensor light issue making its stability questionable. Fantastic service. I found myself with a flat tire, I knew I was getting close to needing new tires but didn't want to spend my day off in a tire store. I saw OK tires offered a mobile service and contacted them through their web app in the late afternoon. I received a call the next morning saying they could be by at 3 pm. The tech arrived and provided efficient, high quality service. He removed the flat tire, inspected it and found a large puncture in the tire. He took the time to show me the area. He also showed me the wear on the side of the tire as I must have driven on it while flat even though I didn't notice the tire was low and my cars sensor didn't go off. Since I said I was prepared to replace all four tires he recommended we just replace them rather than try and patch the tire since there was side wall wear. He placed a call to the store and he had tires in stock. He was able to return the next day at precisely 8am and had all 4 tires replaced a few minutes before 9. The price was consistent to what I would have paid in the store but I was able to stay in my pajamas, make my breakfast and switch out laundry. Way better than in store service. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times! read more

I had a nail in my tire. Luther Ford told me it couldn't be repaired and that I also needed 4 new tires as I only had 6K left on the warranty. I felt uneasy with this so brought it to OK Tire. They removed the nail and fixed the tire and only charged me $35. They also nicely said in about 4K miles to come in, and they would quote me a tire $. They were quick and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. Highly recommend! read more

Edited my original post, I went in, got tires, got a hybrid thought I got the wrong tire but actually didn't. Bridgestone has a 60 day drive and buy so between coverage with Bridgestone and their customer service, I felt well taken care of. read more

Today, I purchased my second set of tires at OK, with the other being 5 years ago. I've always been happy with their service and prices. With this vehicle, I did receive 3 quotes around town, with OK being the lowest. One of the quotes was slightly higher than OK and the other (at a dealer) was considerably higher than both. I dropped my car off around 8:15am, no appointment needed, and I received a call already at 9:30am letting me know my car was ready. read more

I am new to Fargo and the cold in general and have never had an issue with my tire pressure. Today I attempted to fill my tires at a gas station for the first time and when I was finished one of my tires was leaking air at a rapid pace. I quickly drove over to OK Tire Store and they checked all of my tires and gave me caps for my back tires. The man who helped me was super friendly and helpful and I was out of there with my tires good to go in under 10 minutes. I got a realignment and they noticed a big mistake another company made with one of my tires. They informed me of the issue and encouraged me to get the other company to fix the mistake. I'm certain other places would use that to get me to spend more, so I'm glad they didn't try to push me to do that. Friendly service, good prices, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for an OIL CHANGE. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a 15 min. oil change! I let them know at the time of my appointment that it was going to be over my lunch break. After an hour of waiting in the lounge, I noticed my truck wasn't even on the hoist. I reminded them that I'm on my lunch break and they said it would be 15-20 more minutes. I wasted my entire lunch break plus an extra half an hour sitting there and just waiting...... This is horrible time management and quite disrespectful. We were ready to pull out of town on Saturday morning (Memorial Day weekend) to head to Duluth and noticed a bulge on one of our pop-up-camper tires. We called McLaughlins RV and they recommended OK Tire. I called, they didn't quite have the tire we were looking for, but had the next size, which worked. Very disappointed in the service manager. Had a diesel auto that needed an oil change. Called to get quote, was told one price so I scheduled an appointment for the oil change. Stopped in a day later to confirm the correct oil would be used. Was still told the same price for oil change. Day of appointment dropped my car off and they doubled the price of the oil change. They had all the details of what my car needed. The service manager failed to do his job and actually look up the price of the oil. Stated the sale ended 6 days ago. My first phone call to them was after the sale ended anyway. This place is sketchy! Watch out!!!! read more

Brought car in for alignment they said they couldn't cause it needed 800$ in parts I was just under the car an hour before they got it everything was fine I loosened the alignment bolts for them and they couldn't figure out how to turn two bolts a bunch of amateurs about cars they should go back to work at McDonald's read more

I bought tires from OK 2 years ago and have done all oil changes and rotations with them since then. When I brought my car in last month for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me I needed new tires asap - definitely before winter. I got 70,000 miles out of the tires - so no complaints there. However, after leaving the store, I noticed they had charged me $25 to seal a slow leak on one tire (without my knowledge or approval). What the?! Why nickel and dime a loyal customer? Maybe not a big deal to some, but it was a deal breaker for me. I got my new tires elsewhere, so will see if they treat me better. So far, so good. read more

OK Tire is like tires plus and firestone which the latter two are owned by Bridgestone. I brought in a tire to be repaired. They told me they could not repair it due to location on tire and possible liability. All three stores mentioned an organization that suggests this. The problem is, is that most tires stores control the board which recommends these things only to scare one into buying new tires. Complete sales crap. They took my tire and even put in two more holes in it to prove a point that the tire was bad. No one bothered to tell me about the holes they put in it. I brought this tire over to another store in South Fargo and while rolling the tire alone I saw a hole they made in the tire. I thought it was only one so I asked the repair person to repair two of them. Got the car back home. Went into the back to pull the tire out and found after putting the tire on that it had lost air. I didn't think that they put another hole in my tire but they did. Now I have to go back to the other honest south fargo tire shop to fix the tire one more time. This has cost me more time and trouble than anticipated. Purchased their crap multi mile tires years ago from this place. They failed 20,000 miles before warranty. Had to buy four more at their WHOLESALE price. Which was inflated. Also did some work that I did not approve and tried to charge me for it. I would stay away from this place. read more

Ladies, beware! A friend of mine told me they had always been trustworthy for him, but I took my car in for an alignment and a coolant flush. They said it would be about 2 hours. They called me 2 hours later and said they couldn't do the alignment because I needed a bunch of parts replaced and it would cost me $2600. I asked that they please put it up on the lift and show me what the issues were. I was skeptical because my car had only 80,000 miles. My real red flag was when they told me GMC recommends replacing struts and front control arms at about 60,000 miles, which I know is absolutely not true. Later took it to another mechanic who I totally trust who said only one of the things they said needed replaced actually needed work, and he would do it for under half the cost. By the way, while they had the car in the shop for TWO HOURS they didn't even get get my coolant flushed, only inspected the car which should have taken about half an hour. I asked that they do the coolant flush. It took them another 2 hours to do that (should take about half an hour or less)--given that every single other customer in the place had been taken care of and left before my car was done, I suspect that they pushed my car to the end of the line because they were mad that I questioned them about the front end work. The guy came back all "oh good thing you got the coolant flushed, it had really deteriorated." No duh, sir, I told you that when I brought it in. I'm not as stupid as you seem to think I am. read more
