I had stopped in to get my oil changed on Veterans day. The manager patiently walked a customer through why they didn't need an oil change (another company said she did.) He ensured fluids were at the appropriate levels, showed the customer the dipstick and even let her know that if it ran low before it was due for a change to come back in and get it topped off for no charge. Crew went above and beyond, cleaned windows without being asked. Can't beat that service or price! Well done. read more

Went for an oil change a few weeks ago, they had a hard time doing the oil change. They called me into the shop and told me in order to do the oil change that they would need to take the skid plate off and were not able to put it back on after. They apparently were not well experienced on how to take skid plates off or didn't have the necessary tools. I refused the oil change but did get other things done. I, later, found out that they cut 3 of the 4 bolts on my skid plate before discussing with me on if they could cut them. Was not happy, will not give Jiffy my service again. read more

i went to jiffy lube on 10st fargo nd my tire was low on the previous oil change i was told i could come anytime to check the fluids and tires. seemed good they started to find things wrong that seemed resonable to fix like the air filter fuel pump and front blinker light i agreed. after i left and did errands around town i noticed my auto headlights did not turn off, i got home and turned them off in my garage after looking around how to do it, the next morning the battery was compleatly dead i charged it for three hours still dead, i called the stored and complained the manager wasnt accepting any responability then told me that they told me the lights would not go off, after they rewired a new light socket, thats a lie not even reasonable, tomorrow if the car starts im taking it back so they can fix it read more

Not impressed with this place. The person that I was working with was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They tried to up sell me on everything and even told me that I needed to replace my air filter that I had just replaced myself the week before. They wanted to charge me a crazy amount for a new filter! The oil change went reasonable quick, but HOLY GOODNESS it was EXPENSIVE!!! I was blown away. Never again. read more

Timely on there oil change, HOWEVER,....warning to others... I watched them thru the window work on my car, they took out my air filter, which was only a month and a half old ...watched them grab this other air filter from there apodium Where they console you, came to get me and told me this is the recommended air filter and showed me the one that was full of dirt and leaves ...I said how about you put the recommended air filter which is the one you took out of my car in the first place back in my car. # watch what people do to your vehicles # Can't imagine how many people have been taken advantage of, Not cool at all. read more

My husband and I stopped by this place on out way out of town westbound for a long road trip back home to Portland, OR. We had already paid for an oil change before leaving Portland so this was just a "fluid check". They were SO AMAZINGLY NICE! Everyone there was chatty (without being oppressive) and sincere. We pulled in and the first guy talked about how he used to have a 4runner and loved it, they gave our dog a treat, they were just all around awesome! Other Jiffy Lubes that we'd stopped at while on the road seemed irritated that we were just getting a fluid check but everyone at this place was waving and telling us "GOOD BYE! HAVE A NICE TRIP!" when we left. It was a really special way to start a long, wonderful trip home! read more

Terrible Service. Called a half hour before they closed to make sure they would take our vehicle for an oil change. Sales rep said yes. Drove across town and at 4:45 when we arrived they said they were closed. So frustrating since we had called to confirm before going to Jiffy Lube in lieu of their competitors. Excellent customer service was provided at this Jiffy Lube location. I stopped in to have an oil change and front light replaced. Rene and his team were professional and efficient. Brought my car here for an oil change, and the day after my radiator was leaking and I had to replace multiple hoses and sensors in my car. I rarely drive my car and everything had been working fine before the oil change, I did not think at first that it could have had anything to do with bringing my car to Jiffy Lube, but then I found all the reviews online of similar stories from customers who use Jiffy Lube. I will not be bringing my car back to this place. read more

Just left Jiffy Lube. It's 4:46pm and the guy told us they were already closed and just waiting on a part for the car they were working on. The sign states 5pm as does the Google Maps listing. Looks like I won't be back to this place! read more

Just called them to see if they could get me in for an oil change and the guy on the phone "Antonio" I believe his name was very rude, obnoxious, and not professional at all. I asked if they had time to today to get me in for an oil change and top off my fluids and he said "No we don't got time for you to just come in. We got 7 cars ahead of you and its easter sunday". Then he just hung up on me. His tone was very bad and mannerism was bad. Don't deal with this guy. If he answers the phone, ask for someone else. read more

Incredibly high-priced for their 'high-mileage' oil change, costing over $70.00 without a coupon. Add to that, that the technicians that worked on my car have huge integrity issues, as they marked "Completed" where it indicates the floors were swept. They were not, and I had the man that checked me out come and verify that the driver's-side floor was not swept. He offered for me to "drive around and we'll sweep it out". I declined. If they cannot be trusted to do their job right the first time (especially since I was the only vehicle there), why would I trust them to do it at all. I do not recommend (sp) this shop for two reasons: 1. Their prices are outrageous, and 2. The technicians are not 'stand-up', trustworthy boys. read more
