I'm glad that this place has the Dong-A Miffy scented gel pens because the 10 colors from Jetpens has been discontinued. This place even has several erasers from stationery companies. I saw those erasers from a Korean youtube video from years ago. I also saw that this place sells some calenders and notebooks that remind me of the Kokuyo soft ring notebooks. It's honestly so cool to see something like that.

I contacted their customer service only 40 hours after purchase and provided my card purchase proof along with a photo of the defect. Instead of receiving actual help, I was told they needed the "actual receipt" which I did not get because it was a keychain. Now they expect me to drive over 40 minutes back to the store to return a defective item, and even then, only if they can find the purchase in their system. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience and the only place that seems to be getting OLD/DEFECTED jellycat.
