Oh my, this is a very cutesy place. I've eyed Jini Mini a lot as I'm often nearby but didn't know what they had in store. Recently, I came across them on a hunt for cute bag charms (thanks, Yelp Assistant) and I was blown away by the selection! In addition to tons of plushies, they have a whole wall of bag charms. I didn't find what I was looking for (something Disney and/or cherry-themed) but I found a cute charm for a friends birthday gift and the claw clips on the shelf below caught my eye because many of them were metal and large. Perfect for thick hair! The cashier confirmed this as well which made me feel confident and I can confirm they hold up with long, thick, hair. It seems like this place does a lot of limited drops so definitely get there early if you're looking for a trendy item. But, it wasn't too crowded when I went around 11am. read more

I walked in expecting a full Jellycat selection. The shelves looked almost empty. It felt misleading and frustrating. My excitement disappeared instantly. This was not what I came for. The only options were the Lunar New Year one. There was also a random softball plush. That was it, nothing else. No variety, no classics, no fan favorites. The selection was honestly disappointing. Even as an older adult, holy cow, this store is so cute! I don't know much about the popular stuffies these days...I've just become aware of the brand, Jellycat, from my kid, and this place has a good collection of them along with Snuggle Bunnies, Mon Ami, Miffy, Hello Kitty, etc. They also have the popular blind boxes. This is located in The District at Tustin, on the Jamboree Road and Barranca Parkway side. It is sandwiched between Ulta and Nothing Bundt Cakes. I mean, everything is just cute...but kind of expensive. I don't need any stuffed animals at my age, so I only come here when my kid wants to. They do have a nice selection of bag/key charms so on this most recent visit, I did end up buying one - Gromit from Wallace and Gromit...he was the last one, and the employee said that they discontinued them so of course I was like, ring me up, gurrrl. He was $15, and most of the bag/key charms are around there and up. They also have Snoopy stuffies, which my kid loves (but has no money to get one). They do offer a 7-day return period for in-store purchases granted they are in their original condition/packaging, but blind boxes and clearance items are final sale. read more

Updated - they did address my issue and I got a refund though it required quite alot of effort for something that really wasn't my fault. A constant back and forth can be pretty draining - nonetheless I'll visit again as they do keep the social media updated hopefully my future experience is better. read more

CALLING ALL MIFFY & JELLYCAT LOVERS!! Jini Mini is the spot if you're on the hunt for a miffy, jellycat, snoopy, or gudetama plushy! This store is so cute and really is the perfect place to find a gift. They have an awesome selection of plushies, keychains, and baby toys. During our visit, they even sold traditional kids hanboks. The workers are friendly and helpful. Prices of each plushy is about $20-$30. We picked up a coffee cup and sun jellycat. The plushies are so soft with quality craftsmanship. This store is moving locations to Tustin in February 2025 so keep that in mind. read more

This is such a cute shop and new-ish addition to central Orange County. I used to frequent this plaza when I lived in West Irvine and recently stopped by when visiting a friend who still lives in the area. Jini Mini is a gem of a gift shop with some of the best Jellycat selection in SoCal! This spot is located in the Orchard Hills plaza where there is a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a bunch of plushies, keychains, and other goodies. They are mostly known for their Jellycat selection but they also carry a great selection of Miffy, Snoopy, and Sanrio products! Cute store! I was hoping to see more Jellycat stuff but it seemed to have been selling out fast. That's why they set a one Jellycat per person limit. Silly , but I suppose that's how you get more visitors. Lots of Mon Ami plushies which are just as adorable. read more

We stopped by earlier this week to check out the store. It's a super cute shop with a wide variety of Jellycats, plushies, keychains, bags, bag charms, baby toys, and more. The store is located next to the Ulta and Barnes and Noble. The prices vary but are reasonable compared to online prices. There was one friendly employee working at the time. My boyfriend loves Jellycats so we found a super cute dusty pink kitty plushie to add to the collection. There are new Jellycats and plushies always coming out so we'll definitely be back. read more

Jelly cats galore. So many fuzzy, fluffy, adorbs to pick from for graduates and little ones and everyone in between. What a cute store and the price comes with it too, no doubt. After I left the store and shared my experience, the owner personally reached out to me to ask about what happened and offered to make it right. It's easy for a business--especially one gaining popularity--to overlook a single negative review, but the fact that the owner took the time to reach out and correct the issue shows that they truly care about customer experience. I haven't had a chance to speak with the employee or manager who originally assisted me, but based on the owner's sincerity and professionalism, I'm more than pleased with how the situation was handled. My high school daughter bought a Labubu doll from Jini Mini as a gift for a friend. My friend didn't like Labubu, so we went back to return it. The box was not opened at all. That's when we were told for the first time it was "final sale." This was never mentioned in person at purchase, not written on the box, and only shown in tiny print at the very bottom of the receipt--something impossible to notice without being told. When we asked about returning it, the owner/staff just kept repeating, "Blind box! Final sale!" with no explanation or courtesy. It felt dismissive and very unprofessional. For a customer who purchased in good faith and kept the product unopened, this policy feels completely unfair. At the very least, "clear notice" and respectful service should be expected. read more

Wasn't too impressed with this place. I saw it on Tik Tok and they made it seem like the whole store was full of Jelly Cats but it was only a small section of the store. They withhold inventory on items and refuse to sell it to you. They also have items on display that are not for sale. Why display it if you can't buy it? Also, the lines are ridiculous. We went to another store and they said this store should not be withholding the inventory. I was able to get the item elsewhere. Avoid this store. Unless you want to wait hours in line just to find out they have it in the back and are not going to sell it to you. read more

Jini Mini was a very cute store! It was pretty small, and very crowded but it had a good selection of jelly cats, which is what my friends and I were there for. Regarding service, the line to purchase was quick and easy. The jelly cats were very expensive, but were expecting the prices to be around 15-100. read more

I drive from Los Angeles thinking they would sell jellycat as advertised. There was literally one table of past season (graduation and Chinese new year) and a lot of baby swaddles of jellycat only. I've been a long-time customer of the Jini Mini store at the Spectrum, and I'm thrilled they've moved to Orchard Hills, which is much closer to my home. Their new location is super cute and a true Jellycat paradise--my wife went nuts over their selection! They have so many styles of Jellycat plush toys that you don't see anywhere else. We also picked up some organic chamomile tea that's really unique--it's not in a tea bag but a whole stem of the flower, and it tastes amazing. Definitely check out their new spot! read more

Unhelpful staff who did not bother to 1) greet us or 2) offer any help. The storefront is quite small, but does offer a wide variety of Jellycat and other fun trinkets and toys. The store is super cute and the owner is so nice. She greeted us as we entered the shop with warm energy. I haven't bought any of the children items, but....... I do love their masks and mask straps! The masks are super breathable and has a very simple and clean design to them. They have a nice shape to them and fit on my face perfectly. I usually fill the masks with the N95 filters I buy on Amazon, but use their masks for the exterior part. I love them and have purchased many for myself and others. I'm a mild Jellycat collector and this store has such a good selection of items. Sometimes the stock can be kind of limited which I know isn't their fault at all because of shipping and whatnot but when they do have things in stock it's fantastic. Some of their stock are a bit pricey but for the Jellycats it's very reflective of what you see on the Jellycat website, so it's easy to know what to expect when you go in.
