    Oklahoma fried onion burger single
    Julia T.

The place was cute, it had a nice atmosphere. The person who took my order was nice. The burgers were pretty good, however the onion rings were phenomenal. Price was it's a standard burger joint price i.e. $11 for a single patty burger.

We went to Oklahoma Burger for our Valentine's dinner, and honestly, it was quite underwhelming. Upon entering, we were confused--we expected a classic burger joint interior but walked into what felt more like a café. We later learned that the space houses three different restaurants in one, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, just a bit unexpected. We thought it would be fun to try food from all three, but unfortunately, the BBQ place was closed--likely due to the snow. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean. We ordered the Brisket Jalapeño Triple Smash and the Butter Chicken Stuffed Naan from Karak. Since Oklahoma Burger is known for its smash burgers, we had high hopes, but the burger fell short. The patty was bland, and the brisket was dry. Because the brisket was cubed, some pieces were hard to chew. We enjoy spice, but the jalapeño flavor was barely noticeable, and overall, the burger was just dry. It was disappointing, especially after driving 1.5 hours through a snowstorm on Valentine's weekend for this meal. Service-wise, getting a simple water refill took quite a while. The restaurant had only a few occupied tables, and there were plenty of servers standing around. We asked for water, but the server never came back--though we understand that it might have just slipped their mind. As for Karak, we ordered the Butter Chicken Stuffed Naan, which, unfortunately, was also dry--both inside and out. We let the server know, and he kindly offered us a smoky garlic sauce, which helped a little. Overall, we had high expectations for the burgers, but my boyfriend and I both agreed that the food just wasn't satisfying. The portions were large, but that alone wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing experience.

Went to try the Oklahoma Burger while at the dining hall. The restaurant was one seating area for 3 or 4 restaurants which is cool. Unfortunately the burger i got was very dry. Buns felt kind of stale tasting. Service was good but food would need more sauce. And for something with jalapeno i wish it was more spicy. The Burger was kind of expensive at $20 than an additional $5.50 for fries. Honestly, for one time experience, it's OK. I personally would probably not visit again to be honest

The caramelized onions add flavor to these burgers so every bite is satisfying. Some of their burgers have interesting sauces like bone marrow and garlic confit. Thankfully, they gave us more bone marrow sauces, or else, we would be fighting over that. The Brisket Jalapeno Triple Smash was massive - automatic food coma after half the burger. The Panko Crusted Onion Rings and Crinkle Spicy Fries were great sides to pair with the burgers. We ended the meal with the deep fried peanut butter jelly donut.

Oklahoma Burgers is part of a joint physical restaurant serving dishes under 3 different restaurant names. It is located in Emerald Business Park on the far right side of the building. FOOD (3.5/5) We ordered a OJ Double Burger, Oklahoma Single Smash Burger, and a side of Onion Rings. The burgers come with a soft and slightly toasted bun and smashed patties. The sauces were good but got monotonous after a few bites. Patties could also be crispier on the edges for a smash patty. Onion rings were super crispy and a great side. SERVICE (1.5/5) The restaurant is pretty large and they only have like 2 staff working the floor. The servers are not proactive asking if we are ready to order for any other asks like water, ketchup, the bill etc. In all honesty it felt like they were roaming around aimlessly and apathetically. That said, once you do get their attention they are quite nice and diligent with service. AMBIENCE (3/5) The restaurant felt like it was a convention center hall that had dining chairs and tables placed in it. It was clean and very spacious. ACCESSIBILITY (4/5) Located near Hurontario and Hwy 403 in Missisauga it is easy to get to via car. I'm sure there is a nearby bus stop as well. Finding the restaurant entrance is a bit confusing since signage was minimal and the door is hidden behind a few columns. OVERALL (3/5) The burgers were good, not great and I think other smash burger spots like Burgers Park in North York have a better overall bite. Service was dismal and didn't help that the restaurant concept was confusing as a blend of three different names.

So after seeing a lot of hype on social media, finally, came to check out Oklahoma Burgers. Once you arrive, it's difficult to locate. It is the corner building (with multiple restaurants within). It was busy when I arrived. We were seated quickly and advised that for Oklahoma Burgers there was a 45 minute wait. The menu itself features only a handful of options. We got the single and double Oklahoma burgers. We were happy to see that the burgers arrived near the 30 minute mark. I had seen the videos of them making the juicy burgers with onions oozing out. That was not the reality of what we tasted. The patty was dry, the onions weren't too caramelized but overdone. The burger itself lacked flavour or lack of sauce. We both only ate half of it. The onion rings were average as well. Onto the staff, very vigilant, advise you when the food will arrive. I sadly won't be returning to try another burger.

October 26/2023: This was an interesting set up. Three restaurants that shared the same premises. Oklahoma Burger, a Smoke house restaurant & an Indian Restaurant. I was there for the Oklahoma Burger & that's what I had. A Double Oklahoma Smash Cheeseburger with Onion Rings. The burger started off good but declined from there. It was greasy & lacked any real taste. The toppings were kinda cheaped out on as well. The onion rings were virtually tasteless too. Our server was a very delightful young person named Pushpita. She was nice but slow at the service. This is NOT a do-over from my side.

I was visiting my friend in Mississaug and craving a smash burger. This place came up several times and so I gave it a shot. Before this, I only ate smash burgers at one place and one place only, but I'm happy to report that this made the list. The aesthetic is simple, big, comfortable and really nice decor. This place is three restaurants in one but the menu is far from overwhelming. It has something for everyone. I ordered the classic with onion rings and my buddy ordered the BM Double with fries. Where do I begin?! The crinkle fries and onion rings were delicious and crispy! The fries were seasoned perfectly! My burger was perfect. Not oily, fresh ingredients and the bun held up the ingredients nicely. My buddy was shocked with how tasty his burger was. The customer service was top notch, better than most fine dining restaurants. Oh yeah and the prices were unbeatable. If you're in the neighbourhood, definitely check this place out for a solid, satisfying, mouth watering meal.

This place has 3 restaurants under one roof so there are many options. I got the burger and it was decent. It didn't have much flavour. The service was good and the food came on time. The restaurant is big and busy on weekends

Can't say anything about the service or atmosphere because I ordered through UberEats. I ordered the classic single smash burger and crinkle fries. The burger was delicious! The patty was nice and flavourful and had a nice crust on the edges. The only complaint I have is that the bun is very thin so it got soggy pretty quickly. However, the overall taste was enjoyable. The crinkle fries were also nice and crispy, which I was honestly surprised about because I have low expectations for fries via delivery. They also had a tasty and slightly spicy seasoning on them. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of their food from UberEats and I would definitely come into the restaurant to dine in.

Halal. I think the photos are outdated because this is located where meat and Pie co used to be. Oklahoma Burgers is located inside of smokey Sam's. Actually inside of this venue you will find one place that has three different menus and three different kitchens in the back. Smokey sam's, karak and Oklahoma burgers. It's located at the end of the Plaza with dining option outside. At first it was strange to be at a restaurant with three different menus from naan, to brisket to Smash Burgers but you embrace it and totally have the option from ordering a little bit from each menu if you want to with the waitress. The interior is kind of semi fine dining. The staff were nice. Good clean bathrooms separated by sex, alhamdulilah. The Oklahoma Burger was surprisingly good for something that was so basic with the ingredients. The meat beef patty was bigger than the very soft bun so I ate the edges hanging over with a fork first before slowly eating away at it. It was very tasty and I totally recommend it. I had the dbl Oklahoma burger with just sauteed onions and a slice of processed cheese. By the way, the dill pickle fries from the other menu, Smokey Sam's was a good addition to the burger. No Booth seating here by the way.

29 minutes to get a Oklahoma Smash burger. Too long, makes for a one time experience. Inside has cheap lawn tables with poorly chosen chairs, it's not a backyard. It's loud and ambiance is not good. Burger was good (would have given one star otherwise).

The smash burgers were really good, I got the classic double. Soft buns, very juicy and flavourful! The fries were not fresh though I wish it was a bit better. The place is very aesthetic and pleasing as well! The table we had was a bit close to the bar and at one point the water from the bartender on a tray splashed into our table. Our service was good, nothing out of the ordinary.

I had the Hot Canadiana, and it was a flavor explosion--juicy, perfectly cooked beef with just the right kick from the jalapeños. The burgers were dry and crispy. I loved my burger, but my wife and grampa didn't and then the fries. They are edible, that's the consensus we came to, edible. I mistakenly ordered a large, it was a mistake because they suck. Super soggy and tasteless. I coated my fries in a meat rub and into the air fryer they went. I liked my burger, it was great. I had a hankering for something tasty but couldn't figure out what it was that I wanted. Japanese, Thai, Pizza or Burgers? Peeked at the menu online and with so many appealing options, still couldn't decide on what to get.. or whether to order online for pickup.. or get delivery.. so I drove my indecisive ass to Burger Bros after an hour of back and forth debating between restaurants! I was very hangry and my stomach was rumbling! Arrived at 6pm with no one in the place but me. The man taking my order was very friendly. I imagine that he's the owner. Asked him about two options; Adopted and Broski (not much of a difference between the two) and he recommended Step Brothers but I wasn't feeling a meat patty then and settled on the Broski instead. Wanted to wash my hands in the washroom but the WC was closed so the man allowed me to wash in the basin behind the counter. Appreciated that so much! After placing my order, dozens of people came through!! The place filled up rather quickly. I kept moving around like a chess piece on a chess board to make space while I waited. Within twenty minutes, my order was ready. The bag was piping hot, just the way I like it. There was no way I could wait to eat so I drove over to the next plaza, parked the car and devoured my sandwich. It was really good! Received three thick pieces of chicken strips in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, mozzarella cheese, pickles and various sauces. I inhaled my burger and said to myself, next time, I'll order two. No fries were consumed. Heard the portions are big and can be shared between two, so that's what I'ma do next time! Very affordable prices for the amount received. Much cleaner than other fast food joints.

I loved seeing new menu items, such as the Nashville Chicken, which I decided to try. The verdict? Everything was great! I love how the burgers are always made juicy, tasty and that you can customize the toppings you want. Pricing is affordable, and there is a great selection to choose from. The strawberry milkshake brought back memories of CNE and tasted like a funnel cake - it was the highlight drink for me. The oreo shake was also good, though I preferred the strawberry. I love the spices added on the tornado fries. I personally prefer regular fries or poutine over the cheesy fries, but I still liked the options available for the sides.
