Got takeout tonight, I had originally wanted five guys, but we decided to try this place out because UberEats had a coupon and their restaurant had one too (so I saved $50 on our order). The burgers were dry and crispy. I loved my burger, but my wife and grampa didn't and then the fries. They are edible, that's the consensus we came to, edible. I mistakenly ordered a large, it was a mistake because they suck. Super soggy and tasteless. I coated my fries in a meat rub and into the air fryer they went. I liked my burger, it was great. But my wife and grampa said theirs were dry and crispy. So it looks like 1/3rd of the time you'll get a great burger. I won't be going back. A sibling recommended Burger Bros several months ago and I finally had the chance to try it out yesterday. I had a hankering for something tasty but couldn't figure out what it was that I wanted. Japanese, Thai, Pizza or Burgers? Peeked at the menu online and with so many appealing options, still couldn't decide on what to get.. or whether to order online for pickup.. or get delivery.. so I drove my indecisive ass to Burger Bros after an hour of back and forth debating between restaurants! I was very hangry and my stomach was rumbling! Arrived at 6pm with no one in the place but me. The man taking my order was very friendly. I imagine that he's the owner. Asked him about two options; Adopted and Broski (not much of a difference between the two) and he recommended Step Brothers but I wasn't feeling a meat patty then and settled on the Broski instead. Wanted to wash my hands in the washroom but the WC was closed so the man allowed me to wash in the basin behind the counter. Appreciated that so much! After placing my order, dozens of people came through!! The place filled up rather quickly. I kept moving around like a chess piece on a chess board to make space while I waited. Within twenty minutes, my order was ready. The bag was piping hot, just the way I like it. There was no way I could wait to eat so I drove over to the next plaza, parked the car and devoured my sandwich. It was really good! Received three thick pieces of chicken strips in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, mozzarella cheese, pickles and various sauces. I inhaled my burger and said to myself, next time, I'll order two. No fries were consumed. Heard the portions are big and can be shared between two, so that's what I'ma do next time! Very affordable prices for the amount received. Ever since this place opened, I've been meaning to stop by as it's nearby. When I walked in, I was absolutely starving and I saw the sign for the "Bros" lunch special, $9.99 w/ fries & a drink. DONE! Food did take some time, so keep that in mind. I think I waited ~10mins after ordering. Both burger and fries were in open containers in the brown paperbag. For the fries, I'm guessing so it's that they don't get soggy. Well, they did anyway within the 5-10mins before I was able to eat them. Not sure why the box that the burger was in was left open. Luckily, they use a wax-lined box because that thing was saucy! Great vessel to eat over as your hands will get dirty. Burger patty was a good size and it was JUICY. Bros burger had grilled onions and a creamy-orangey coloured sauce that had a bit of a kick to it! It was good and you can actually taste the meat flavour. Fries were good, well seasoned, but again, they did get a bit soggy during the short transfer. And like many of the reviewers mentioned, YES, there was a good portion - enough for at least 2ppl! First impressions: outside looking in, alright lets give it a try. Looks promising. Walk in, and get hit by a humid warm air from inside the restaurant. It was 27° outside yet an almost equally warm air hit me from inside the shop. The AC unit is on, you can hear it. It was set to 17° so it should be helping. Nope. The thing is pointed right at the ceiling on fan mode. Approaching the counter, the front desk worker looked like she just pulled off 2 double shifts consecutively, scowling for some reason or serious RBF. I want to believe rbf but her tone lulled "idgaf". Food order: 2 step brothers 1 sweet fries 1 reg fries 1 lime jarrito 1 guava jarrito Total cost: $45.36 The fries: room temperature, soggy, packed into a paper baggy. Unsalted. Just a heap of bad choices. Cook couldnt be bothered to use appropriately temperatured oil. The burgers: cold burger patty still pink in the center, soggy buns, hastily constructed with 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 thin slice of tomato, 2 pieces of chicken tendors that could have been left overs from another order and tossed in to save on wasted food. The receipt has a joke: "We use 100% fresh canadian beef hand-cut and ground in house daily topped with quality ingredients grilled to perfection and served with a smile." First of all, the patty looks exactly like a frozen patty from the box of burgers one would get from the freezers in a grocery store, even the flowery pattern around the edges. Second, Grilled no where near to adequate temperatures and lastly the smile we received was for leaving as if it were a last ditch effort to fake happiness in a shop that is destined to close if they dont get their act together. This was such a disappointment of a try, s.o. says we'll try again if there are other locations, but this location is a no. No to a retry, no to recommendations. Edit: the jarritos were a great choice. And the aoili was delicious, id buy a small container of the sauce if i needed aoili for something somewhere else. read more

I consistently go to Burger bros for their phenomenal lunch special! From the bun, fresh ingredients and seasoned patty. The fries are hand cut and seasoned perfectly. The one thing I can point out as a needs improvement is the patty it is a bit dry. I would still recommend this place over any fast food joint any day. read more

Wow! Hard to believe there haven't been more reviews of this place. The photos I've seen from this place look ridiculous, but they don't lie. I had the Twins burger here and it was fantastic. It looked like they also added some beef bacon which shouldn't have been on this item, but all was good. I also ordered a large cheesy fries. The fries appeared to be terrific, but it seemed like they were drenched in cheez whiz which I didn't find appealing (possibly if they went a bit lighter on the cheese and added some jalepeno I'd change my mind). Next time I'll be getting these without the cheese, and it will be the regular size as well. I got the large because I was ordering for three people to share, and ended up shocked at how much there was. I'll be trying a few more selections on their menu in the future, but I can already say these guys easily rank with the best. read more

Absolutely delicious, we meant to go to TBG but they shut down, so one quick halal burger google search and here we came! Service was quick (no one was there so I guess this doesn't count), store had a really weird smell but we ate at home so guess this doesn't count either. Burgers were great. Between 4 of us we got the hot one, broski, and classic bro. They were all delicious, my favorite was the classic. Typical cheeseburger, juicy burgers and the sauce was very good as well. Fries were a big let down, y'all could've probably peeled the potatoes more before frying them but oh well, would highly recommend the burgers! read more

We enjoyed takeout here after seeing a movie. What we tried... MILK SHAKES, they were okay. Seemed like they were made with vanilla soft cone ice cream and then mixed with nesquick chocolate or strawberry. Not great but I would get it again. BURGERS. The Hot One: is really nice, I like that it had bacon and avacado. The spicy aioli is not to hot and adds a little zip to the burger. The meat is decent tasting if you grab a chunk on its own. The Innovator: it comes with a little bit of pineapple and sweet sauce, this one was good too. Herbivor: the beyond meat option. This has a good amount of "meat" and has a good charbroiled flavour but was perhaps over done? as it was slightly crunchy. This has the same spicy sauce as The Hot One (which is the same sauce that comes with sweet potato fries). All three burgers were enjoyable. SIDES: onion rings are greasy but crispy, and tasted good. The sweet potato fries were slightly soggy but tasted good. Cheese fries are bland and would avoid them, they are average fries with cheese whiz for cheese texture but really no flavour and mostly soggy. Wait time for food is a little long, but the fresh ingredients make it worth it. Eating a burger with a shake and ramming down crappy fries really stuffed me. Price is about average for a gourmet burger place. Overall I would eat at a burger bros again. read more
