So many lies packed into so little space.

First impressions: outside looking in, alright lets give it a try. Looks promising. Walk in, and get hit by a humid warm air from inside the restaurant. It was 27° outside yet an almost equally warm air hit me from inside the shop. The AC unit is on, you can hear it. It was set to 17° so it should be helping. Nope. The thing is pointed right at the ceiling on fan mode. Approaching the counter, the front desk worker looked like she just pulled off 2 double shifts consecutively, scowling for some reason or serious RBF. I want to believe rbf but her tone lulled "idgaf". Food order: 2 step brothers 1 sweet fries 1 reg fries 1 lime jarrito 1 guava jarrito Total cost: $45.36 The fries: room temperature, soggy, packed into a paper baggy. Unsalted. Just a heap of bad choices. Cook couldnt be bothered to use appropriately temperatured oil. The burgers: cold burger patty still pink in the center, soggy buns, hastily constructed with 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 thin slice of tomato, 2 pieces of chicken tendors that could have been left overs from another order and tossed in to save on wasted food. The receipt has a joke: "We use 100% fresh canadian beef hand-cut and ground in house daily topped with quality ingredients grilled to perfection and served with a smile." First of all, the patty looks exactly like a frozen patty from the box of burgers one would get from the freezers in a grocery store, even the flowery pattern around the edges. Second, Grilled no where near to adequate temperatures and lastly the smile we received was for leaving as if it were a last ditch effort to fake happiness in a shop that is destined to close if they dont get their act together. This was such a disappointment of a try, s.o. says we'll try again if there are other locations, but this location is a no. No to a retry, no to recommendations. Edit: the jarritos were a great choice. And the aoili was delicious, id buy a small container of the sauce if i needed aoili for something somewhere else.

Absolutely the best chain burger going. The innovator is the best. They also have a great lunch special of a bro combo for only $9.99. Outstanding.

I consistently go to Burger bros for their phenomenal lunch special! From the bun, fresh ingredients and seasoned patty. The fries are hand cut and seasoned perfectly. The one thing I can point out as a needs improvement is the patty it is a bit dry. I would still recommend this place over any fast food joint any day.

Absolutely delicious, we meant to go to TBG but they shut down, so one quick halal burger google search and here we came! Service was quick (no one was there so I guess this doesn't count), store had a really weird smell but we ate at home so guess this doesn't count either. Burgers were great. Between 4 of us we got the hot one, broski, and classic bro. They were all delicious, my favorite was the classic. Typical cheeseburger, juicy burgers and the sauce was very good as well. Fries were a big let down, y'all could've probably peeled the potatoes more before frying them but oh well, would highly recommend the burgers!

The burgers here are amazing and have a lot of variety. They also come in pretty large portions so the price is definitely worth it!

We had come here on a Sunday at around 11:30 am for an early lunch. We had never been here before…read moretherefore, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this restaurant was. It caters more to the sports crowd however, there were some tables off to the side in which were catered to those with smaller children, which was where we were seated. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a kind server, that brought us to our table, and allowed us ample time to choose our menu items. I had settled on the butter chicken with rice and naan, while my son had the mini sliders with fries, my daughter had the kids' mac 'n cheese, and my mother had the fish tacos with nachos. I really enjoyed the butter chicken; the taste was excellent however, there were too many onions. I found that most of the butter chicken dish was overpowered with onions, which I didn't like. However, after scooping the onions away, it tasted great! I loved how the dish included rice and naan, such a great addition, and there was a lot of it as well! My daughter's mac 'n cheese was straight from the box, and was a tad expensive for what was given to her. We found some of the food items to be a bit pricey, especially for the children's menu however, the food was quite delicious, and the service was top-notch! The only issue was the parking, as there are many condos in the area, and finding parking is hard, even early in the morning. I will definitely give this place another try however, I may park at Square One and walk the next time.

This restaurant is fortunate it has an incredible location, and honestly, that's what keeps people…read morecoming back. Unfortunately, the experience behind the scenes tells a very different story. The biggest issue isn't the staff as they work hard and do the best they can under difficult circumstances. The real problem is a lack of support from management. The restaurant often appears understaffed, and scheduling doesn't seem to provide employees with the help they need during busy periods. Even more concerning is how management handles abusive patrons. I've witnessed customers become verbally abusive and borderline physically intimidating toward bartenders and servers. From what I've observed, this has contributed to high staff turnover. On more than one occasion, I've seen employees leave in tears while managers were nowhere to be found or appeared to avoid dealing with the situation. The fact that loyal regular customers have had to step in to calm situations and support staff speaks volumes. Employees should never have to rely on patrons to help keep situations under control or to feel safe at work. This business has tremendous potential because of its prime location, but "location, location, location" will only carry it so far. Dear management: it's time to step up. Support your employees, ensure they have adequate staffing, and create a safe, respectful environment for both staff and guests. Your team deserves better, and so do your customers.

Stopped by after doing some shopping since I wanted dessert after dinner and I was impressed by the…read morespaghetti meatballs! A little pricey but they were generous with the amount of protein, and being 5"2 Asian girl, I had leftovers lol. The very cherry chocolate cheesecake was enjoyable the first few bites for me and my husband, but ended up getting a bit too sweet! Might be better to share with at least one more person. The menu can be quite overwhelming since they give you so many options, but it would be a good spot for large groups. Highly recommend making a reservation, especially during the weekends.

Cheesecake factory is an jack of all trade food place. You can have steaks, pizza, pasta, burger,…read morefish, jambalaya, tacos and way more. The menu is about 20 pages (if not more) long. Multiple gluten free option available, vegeterian and allergy friendly option to choose from. As the name suggest, cheesecake is their signature and they have a lot! For me, I'm a tower truffle chocolate cake person (I'm not fan of cheesecake). They have some bread that you can eat while waiting. One of the bread if black/brown. I don't know the name, it's a different type of bread that really taste different. I'm not a big fan but my girlfriend love it. The other one is regular baguette style bread. They are normally served fresh hot with 2 dap of butter. For us, only the brown one was fresh and hot. The other one was cold and stale, even hard to chew. The butter was also ice cold, hard to cut. Not what we normally get from a cheesecake factory experience. The place is very loud. Both the very high volume music and all the customer talking even louder because of that music make it for a very loud place. Worker must have headache at the end of the day. The waiter was very nice and friendly. They are very busy, enough to have other staff pick up the orders or help, and I saw this with nearly all waiter. I think they need more staff, although I did see a lot. I took the smokehouse bbq burger. My girlfriend took the four cheese pasta. The burger was good. It come open with the bbq sauce and ketchup on the side. The pasta was good too. We took cake to go because we were full. Unfortunately, the very cherry cheesecake is not available anymore although its on the menu. All in all, it's a good place. The price is normal for today's pricing and the food is good.

The service is not very attentive, we were seated and told to use the qr code for the menu. We picked our items and not one waiter decide to come back to take our order. We had to flag down a waiter, to give in our order. When the food arrive, they weren't even sure if it was for our table, the staff never came back to check if everything was okay. We had to also flag them down to get take out boxes, and again for the bill. The food: the appetizer, we ordered the calamari it had good flavours and were crispy. Slighly more oily but still delicious. The jerk chicken had good flavours and was very tender. The veggie upgrade is NOT worth it and extra $3 for 5 carrots and 3 broccolis. The rib eye steak was okay, the cut is not the best. The hot stone makes the table very hot, the plate holding it was cracked and hazardous imo. Fries in general were tasty and the 3 different sauces were good. In general this place needs to step it up a little, atleast with service since it's the easiest thing to change. The decor can come after..
