I am not athletic but Jill and the staff at the Broken Arrow club are encouraging and supportive! I highly recommend taking the starter series and plan to continue with the club.

Our boot camp instructor got a promotion and now that is a class for premium members. With our basic membership, the only free classes were yoga twice a week at 7am (which doesn't fit with regular working schedules) and Zumba twice a week at 6pm. Limited cardio equipment. My impression of this gym is a place where people come to work with personal trainers.
