I normally get the Rosemary bagel but this time I went with a classic everything bagel. The cream cheese is delicious on it's own, but throw in fresh smoked salmon, red onion and dill - it's unreal! Looking back on my photos, it doesn't seem like there is much filling inside. I can assure you the cream cheese: other ingredient ratio is equal and even! The fried chicken was nicely seasoned and complimented with the mayo dip. The bbq pulled pork was very tasty but was a bit messy to eat with the sauce and the bun. I'd prefer more sauce. For the price and quality that you get, I don't think it's worth the money for a classic because it's really just eggs and bread, even if they both taste different but that's just me. I'd still like to try their Lobster but given how little sauce was added, I doubt whether the Lobster meat will be generous in the sandwich. The shop is small and has a small seating area. The classic had the Vietnamese style mayo which was had a generous spread and the pork was super tender. The grilled pork was nicely seasoned, and tender. The banh mi itself was crunchy but not enough to cut your mouth and extremely soft and fluffy. 100/10 would recommend!
