Went with the mac n cheese, and yes made some good choices to make the meal good. Love the fact their menu always is is the change which makes a visit any time of the year a visit. Came in for by myself told the only they had for me was in the bar. Was not even given the option of waiting for a place in the Restaurant area and I hate high top tables. I am a total fan of this place!! Great thin crust pizza and Ranch dressing!! The pizza crust has a buttery, crispy flavor. Great beer selection. The only reason I give it 4 stars is b/c of the price. For some reason, people either love Old Chicago or they hate it. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but I've never had a bad experience at any Old Chicago. The one here in Casper seems to be extremely popular; forget trying to get in here on a Friday evening. They have a fantastic selection of beers (probably second only to Wyoming Ale Works). The Sicilian pepperoni rolls are the cat's pajamas. The Thai pie is probably my favorite pizza. For all the haters out there, I don't see why. read more

I normally avoid chains when I travel , however this was close to my hotel. First I don't have high expectations of chains but the beer selection enticed me. I decide to sit at the bar as there was no wait. However it was busy and under staffed. I ordered the boneless buffalo original wings and was pleasantly surprised with the tenderness and spice of the sauce. Would it be enough to get me back ? The hostess was not friendly when greeting us as we walked in. We were seated in a booth and then we sat there for 20 mins..no one even took our drink order. 3 groups were seated after us and had placed orders. I politely let the hostess know that we had not been helped yet and she said she would let someone know and then said nothing to no one. Finally we just got up and left. Well, I was just in this restaurant tonight visiting from out of town. I sat at the bar for almost 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. This happened around 7:30 PM. The bar was dead but obviously they were more interested in taking care of the 8 to 10 Tops that were in the other areas near the bar. I could not even get facial recognition from the bartender. Or any other server. One other Guest looked at me and he was just shaking his head. I got up and left. I am so glad that our company is going to be opening a franchise restaurant towards the end of this year in this town. That would be a direct competitor. Hopefully we can acknowledge guests in less than 15 minutes. I left and went to one of the nicer restaurants in Casper. I should've known better. Well, the best thing I can say about this place is that the pictures on their website look delicious and appetizing. Unfortunately, that is the extent of the positives. We stoped in on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy (NFL games) but not crazy. The food was cold, not made correctly and extremely overpriced for the quality. What convinced me to write this review was the 15 or so fried pickle chips that I paid $5 for. For those decent at math, that about .33 per pickle chip. Not spear, chip. Save your hard earned money and go someplace else. Hell, if you need to, still need someone to sing "happy birthday" to you, I'm sure Denny's will oblige. read more

Okay just recently went back and they have yet another new manager. I do not know her name but she is a young blonde chick. Went to go use my gift certificate from my presviously bad experience there with the raw chicken. Sat at the bar with my hubby and friends. I didn't bring my purse as I am not driving and I am in my 40's so not like I have any getting carded issues....or so I thought. After we sat at the bar we all got carded. I didn't have my purse I was not driving nor paying the bill. I have some gray hair on my head and I to my sadness (lol) do not even look remotely close to someone 21. I have not been card in many a year and I have never been carded at this establishment. I was told she would not serve me since I didn't have ID. She says they card any person that may be under 50. Now I may not had been so mad but a few people came in and were near the pool table. I knew one of this kids (23) talked to him on the way out as he had his tank of beer (the giant beer they serve) and asked him if he had gotten card he said nope!!!!!!! The chicken got stuck in my teeth, but it's no biggie because they had some toothpicks and it all worked out. The bartender is kind of a Guido but I guess he is kinda funny so he's cool too. I didn't enjoy my experience here at all. I'm not terribly hard to please as far as food goes. I mean, I eat Hamburger Helper more often than I'd like to admit. But my spaghetti was honestly just bad. The sauce tasted like the awful canned stuff (I can do boxed pasta but not canned veggies), the pasta was meh. I didn't eat most of it. i tried. I don't know how hard spaghetti can be. Even the McCormick dried seasoning stuff is better. My boyfriend got fried macaroni and cheese, which is pretty good and comes with barbeque sauce (a strange but tasty choice). Yay! I'm a fan. I've been here several times over the past few weeks and they never disappoint. We visited on Saturday night last week and everything was great. Promptly seated and served drinks. Waitress was friendly and helpful with the menu. We ordered the thick crust pizza which was excellent. I hoped to get the really thick Chicago style pizza with a layer of cheese and sauce on top but that has proven difficult to find outside of Chicago. NBA playoffs on TV was an added bonus. I go here late night on Saturdays with friends from church. It's like the only decent place to go after 10 pm in Casper. I like the atmosphere and the employees. They're always upbeat and friendly. The food is delicious. The prices are reasonable, and if you really just want a snack, at 10 they start a happy hour menu which consists of wings, fries, mini-pizzas, and a few others I can't remember. If money isn't an issue, I suggest the regular sized pizzas. They are filling and still, reasonably priced. They have some bomb-digity sandwiches to. They have sports on T.V.s all over the place, and ample seating. I can't remember ever waiting for a table even when we showed up with a group of twenty. We felt welcome here as soon as we walked in the door. Greeted very courteously and given the choice of bar or dining room. We chose the latter. Sunday late afternoon during NFL season, but not crowded at all. Greeted again by our waitress, so far pretty normal, eh? but then it just keeps getting better and better. When given the menu, I asked for a little time to go over it because we hadn't been here before. The next minute a manager comes over and offers us a special discount on a starter because we were new here. This place rocks. Waitress helps my wife select a nice cocktail and helped me find a beer to my liking from their extensive collection. Because of extended happy hour, drinks were also discounted. See? Keeps getting better. Pizza were great, as I love deep dish and it was filled with vegetables, which I prefer to meats so that I can feel OK about it after eating a whole individual pie. Finished up with decent coffee and a cheesecake dessert.. The only bad part is that we don't live anywhere close to here. Now, we have to plan to come back somehow.
