Worker Bee even looked at the reward on the app on my phone. Not sure if worker bee didnt understand my question but she told me I could order whatever I wanted! So I did. Wrong. When she told me I still owed her money, I started the discussion again. Manager came over. Big guy, no smile -- said the Birthday Pizza reward is only for yada yada. I explained the situation & he said he would 'take care of it this time'. Which I totally appreciate! Perhaps have the worker bees know what the rewards entail ..? weird concept. We come to Casper often for shopping and Old Chicago has become our favorite place to bring our family. The servers are incredible. They go out of their way to make the kids' extra happy, they are very polite and it seems to be all of them. Our food is always good and service is prompt. This is not a one time thing. I don't think I've been to an Old Chicago that left me dissatisfied. They're all consistently good -- the pizza is fantastic. Comes out hot, super doughy, great portion sizes, fair prices -- what's not to like? You'd think someone like me living in California would want a steak when visiting Casper. I'd actually rather go for a pizza and great beer -- which is definitely on tap at Old Chicago. The only real question you need to decide here is: Ale Crust or OC Thick! I've had both and they're both excellent. Big decisions! I love the informal booth settings around the bar -- first come first serve -- great options! Finally decided to go here as I always see tons of cars in the parking lot and have heard good thing from others. After my first visit I can honestly say I don't get the hype. It wasn't even average. The decor is nice, plenty of TVs to watch sports on and the waitress was nice too, even if she did forget to submit our order. We got two kids pizzas, a calzone and fish and chips. The pizza was as limp as a 70 year old man. The calzone was still doughy inside and the fish, well I've had better fish from fish sticks from Grotons in the yellow bag at Sam's. I do not like giving bad reviews, only other one has been Mongolian grill by Home Depot. Even though that place (Mongolian) was dirty as a crack house, at least the food was good. Maybe it's because it was a Saturday afternoon. I don't know. All I know is that I was not impressed at all. I don't know why the parking lot would always be that full if the food is that mediocre. There are three types of crust to choose from: - Hand tossed Ale Crust crafted with a subtle ale flavor - OC Thick crisp on the bottom, soft in the middle cornmeal crust, baked thick and buttery - Tavern Thin signature crust stretched thin and baked crispy, served square-cut Decided on The Classic (pepperoni, mushrooms, Italian sausage, and roasted garlic) with the tavern thin crust. The pizza was yummy and the portion was good for the price. The service was subpar though, but aside from that I had a good experience. I am curious about how the other crusts compare to the thin crust but I do love the extra crunch from a thin crust pizza. read more

I came home for the holidays and it's good to see the Old C's hasn't changed. We've come here for years and it never disappoints. All of the servers are wearing masks, and they have made the most of the Covid restrictions. I always get the Buffalo Rolle and they are always my go to. You can get them with ranch inside instead of blue cheese. This makes it a lot better because I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese. The regular pizza rolls are also good, but I would rather have pizza if you go with those. They have a ton of different beer choices as well. The happy hour deals are very good and the environment is very fun. Come here between 3-6 and you can take advantage of that. They have a beer tour every month so if you're a beer drinker come here and get some free stuff. Overall, old C's is one of the best bars to come lay back and have a cold one. read more

Been wanting to try this place for awhile and we finally did today. It's a nice casual sports type restaurant and we tried the happy hour menu. Ended up ordering the Personal 2-topping pizza, Artichoke Dip, and Italian Nachos. The pizza came out nice n hot and was very good. Crust was baked perfectly. Artichoke dip was really decadent and the garlic bread was perfectly toasted. The Italian nachos were good but the wonton skins broke easily, tortilla chips would be better, imo. Our servers Anna and Jerry were great, heck, the whole staff was professional and vibrant. Great food with great service is always a winner in my book. We'll definitely be back! This is not a place to go if you wish to have a quiet conversation, the noise level was high and the bar areas were very crowded. It took five visits to finally come to a conclusion on this place. The first four I had terrible, terrible service (loooooooooooong waits, receiving the wrong meals, burnt food, forgotten food etc.) just about everything you can imagine. Thankfully the waitstaff/management took care of me to make up for it. Every time though I have enjoyed the food thoroughly. They make all their items in house, and its done very well for the price. Items i'd recommend: Oh My Spaghetti Pie: The marinara sauce is where its at. Also order it with the spicy sausage. Its well worth it. Jalapeno Pretzels - DELISHHHHHHHHHHH. I could drink the cheese that comes with it by the gallon. Apple Walnut Salad - pretty much the go to as salads are concerned. On a whole, they have decent food prices, they try their best to give you good service or at least make it up to you when they aren't on their A game. This was our first time here and I can't say enough about the food and the service. Let's start with the food. We ordered the thin crust Tuscan chicken with spinach and it was amazingly memorable. That will be the pizza that brings us back. Next, our waitress. Mady was the kindest and best server. She was happy to work there and easy to talk with. She was quick to take it order, fill our waters and finish up when ready. The manager, Maddison, came over and talked with us for a bit and gave us a warm welcome to the area. We ordered appetizers, noticed that we ordered the wrong one called waiter over he said we could change with no problem. Ordered entrees. They said they dropped my wife's order was making another one. The second one came out wrong kind, they finally got hers right. Told us to keep the bad order for later. Reordered drinks again wrong drink. The final straw waiter said he comped the drink. Ok, I've been to officially 4 different locations and this one by far is my favorite for two reasons. The bartender, I swear I can't remember her name only because imhorrible at remembering them, but she has bangs, small frame, a little older maybe late 30's and the sweetest woman EVER. I always have a great time when she is serving us. And the food at this location is the best out of all the others. We've even tried the same items and this place has the best chefs. We live in Saratoga which is a 2-3 hour drive and it's worth it just for her and the food. This was our first visit to old Chicago in Casper. Our server Alannna was great. We had everything thing we needed when we needed it even though the place was packed. Apparently Alanna let the manager know we were first time visitors. He stopped by to greet us and gave us a welcome note and a $10 gift card! That exceeded our expectations. This review is 100% on the food. Service was ok, place was clean. They have a nice tap selection. This isn't a "Chicago style" anything. I grew up on the south side and yes I know everything isn't deep dish. This was even close to anything relatively close to a mediocre pie. If you took a Pizza Hut pie and this places pie , had blind taste test, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I'm convinced they ordered our food from pizza hunt. If you want a cool spot to drink a beer and watch a game, sure but save yourself $30 and eat somewhere else. read more
