I have been going to this business for five years and I'm pretty sure today is the last time I will…read morebe going there. The owner has been nothing but rude to me many times but the technicians have done fairly good jobs so I keep returning. Today I called for an appt and asked for a specific tech and was told he was booked the rest of the day but I could get an appointment mid afternoon with another tech and I was fine with that. When I arrived for my appt the tech who I had originally asked for came up to me and said to come back to his station and I was happy about that thinking he maybe had a cancellation. Well he made the mistake and the person he was supposed to work on didn't get him right away as he was doing my nails. The owner came up to me rudely saying that "didn't I tell you that he was booked the rest of the day?" as if I had lied when I came in and said I had an appt with him which I did not. There have been many other instances involving her rudeness to me, another which was when I called for an appointment and she booked me for 10:30 and I was not seen until after 11:30. She told me that I should not book appts in the half hour which I didn't book it, she did. Then as I was sitting there she proceeded to book other people on the half hour which made no sense to me after her blaming me for the long wait I had and I still returned to her salon on a regular basis. The techs have mostly done nice work for me so I don't want to bash them but these are only a couple of instances after so many of her rude remarks and actions towards me so I cannot justify giving her my business any longer. And I feel as though I have given no reason to be treated as she has treated me. She does not deserve my business. I will gladly drive further to a salon that will appreciate my business. Also, it is not a very clean place. They also could use a chair rail so the tech's chairs do not rub the paint off the walls.

Before finding this place getting my nails done was so stressful because I had to constantly monitor the quality of any place I went, and keep an eye on what they were doing. And it defeated the purpose of the self care ritual because it made me so anxious. That's not the case here. I trust Tim and Alina to a fault! I can zone out or enjoy conversation. And actually enjoy the self care ritual, relax. I always know my nails will look amazing. I recently asked for a design for my vacation and Tim went all out. I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

The spa is small and quaint. Staff was friendly. Now services: my masseuse was James. James was amazing. He was intuitive and great hand work. One of my top 3 best. Pedicure was done by Terri. She was nice and thorough, her foot massage was amazing. I forgot why I was there, lol. I would definitely go back. The only reason why I didn't give 5 was the shower mat was dirty or stained and I had to use it after my salt scrub. Great experience overall.

Easily 5 or more minutes hunting before hiking to the spa. Elite tip, schedule appointment to avoid food rush hours! Atmosphere 5/5 + First impressions were favorable. Medium sized; bright , tasteful modern contemporary with a sheik LED spiral chandelier at the counter. Service 5/5+ Today my manicure/pedicure was done by Hanna. I selected menu #2 which included exfoliation, salt scrub, hot stone oils, pressure point releasing and message after the pedicure. I consider this essential care for my feet. My manicure was also nicely done, Hanna nailed it! Ok got my corny in and you survived ; ) Hanna Factoid. She is a Vietnamese Chef and we discussed dishes. I would comeback to see Hanna again.
