Most unprofessional salon i've been to in the 17 years i've been getting my nails done. Went in for my first time this morning because my usual salon was too busy and i needed them done early. Salon was empty except the woman in the first chair closest to the door. Needed a gel fill with one broken nail replaced and pedicure. The woman asked me how short I wanted them. I told her just the difference of how much they grew out. Right away, she cut twice the length. I asked her to try not to make them any shorter. She then went on to doing the fill and filing. Kept filing them shorter at a huge angle. I told her they were not straight and she couldn't see it. Turned my hand around to show her again, and she backed away from the table, said "I don't feel comfortable doing your nails anymore-go somewhere else". I said "you're really telling me you're not going to finish my nails" and she said "I don't know what you want from me. Go somewhere else" I walked outside to the only other worker and asked if the woman doing my nails was the owner. The guy said no and I told him what happened. He told me he would fix them and he was sorry and walked me inside. When we walked inside, the woman started screaming at him, shoved him, and then started walking away, stopped walking and started stomping her foot and then screamed again. Literally not screaming any words, just sounds. The man apologize to me and said that she gets like that sometimes when she's stressed and tried to walk me to his station. She just came back out and started screaming sounds again so he said he was sorry but I had to leave. I was so angry that I was shaking while trying to find another salon with availability to fix them. Went to a different salon further down the road, and it took a full hour for them to correct what she was messing up on one hand and actually finish my gel fill. read more

Went for a pedicure. The water for the foot soak was barely lukewarm. The technician gave a leg massage that was almost painful. One of my toenails was trimmed on an angle rather than straight across. Everyone was pleasant but their work was mediocre at best. read more

I had an appointment and when I got there it was clear that they we were under staffed. My appointment was for 1:15, they had put me in a chair soaking for 1/2 hr with no pedicure. At 2:00, I got up to leave and the owner said " oh getting to you soon ". And I said I am leaving and he said "oh you wasted my water", and I said "YOU wasted my TIME"!! Really good place, and this was my first time. I can't give it five stars because a few things really stood out, like the fumes were so strong, maybe an air filter or fans at each station would help. Everything is new and remodeled but in a rush to try and get me going I was asked to try and move stations with paraffin wax still on my feet. I shouldn't have even tried but that would have been a very dangerous fall if I hadn't made it back to my chair. Super friendly and nice though, maybe just need a second visit. read more

First off I'm a male and for the first time in my life I decided to take care of my feet and get a pedicure, I was told to go by a girlfriend who told me she was pampered there when she went to get a pedicure herself so I opted to try it. Well I wasn't disappointed, although as a guy I felt kinda foolish because i was the only guy there getting his feet massaged and cleaned up by another male but I overlooked that Cuz it completely needed to be done after 45 years of never softening my feet . I paid for the 2nd highest level pedicure and I will definitely be back Cuz the ball of my feet felt amazing afterwards, as well as much cleaner getting the rough skin off as well . Completely a noticeable change in even how my feet felt in my shoes as well. I have been using this business since coming to the valley in 1988. I love the personal touch they offer. I have been amazed at how nicely they handled overly demanding, rude and inpatient walk-- ins, +qwhen they can see their are waiting appointments and everyone is busy. When I have needed to use one of newer nail techs the bosses have always taken time to check each step and fix anything, before going to the next step. I came in yesterday to get a pedicure and a full set and I thought it was alright. Nothing too bad or dirty. I enjoyed the pedicure. They did charge me extra for the shape of nail I wanted. Which I've never been charged for anywhere else. Maybe length but not the shape. And they were really short so i shouldn't have been charged. I got gel on top of my nails and a top coat. I left and was ok with what I got. But this morning I get up and all of my nails have this weird brown/grey discoloration. And looks like the polish was cracking a little bit on a Few of the nails. I paid $80 for everything. So I shouldn't have any thing wrong with my nails less than 24 hours later. I will never go back there! Update. The second photo is 3 days later and getting worse. I asked for the gel nail polish for both toe and finger nails then later on when i got home my gel nail polish on my fingers peeled off,it suppose take longer since i used gel nail polish on in my finger. One of the worst nail experiences I've had. Very dry and unfriendly. I was juggled between two people and the end result was really bad they were all different lengths and very bumpy for a fill and gel color. Not worth the money when I left the gel wasn't fully cured and actually smeared everywhere. I was in a couple of months ago and let's start with the facility. It was clean, bright and airy. Everyone was in masks and there was hand sanitizer available. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful. After last spring when everyone was shut down, I ended up getting my dip manicure off and spent the summer trying to grow my nails out and get them stronger. They were so weak though, that I decided to get another dip. I had gone to two different salons during the fall and gotten a dip manicure. Neither one lasted but the second one I only had about 10 days and it was peeling off. I decided to stop here and ask their advice. They said they would never have given me a dip under the circumstances and that I should go acrylic. So they got me in immediately and gave me acrylics and they looked awesome. They next time I went back I decided to spring for a pedicure too! Am so glad I did because it wa the BEST one I've ever had. Not only did my nails look great, but the gentleman that did my pedicure massaged my legs and even worked the sore muscles I had. It felt soooooo good! I will definitely be back! Thanks! read more
