He was sympathetic of our situation and managed to squeeze us in despite his busy schedule. He's courteous and professional, we processed the deposit and the contract the same day. He's very responsive, and we're excited to not have to worry about finding a dj anymore. Everything was quick, and we're excited to see how everything turns out!

There was absolutely no communication from him before our wedding or afterward. We requested a refund multiple times through text and Zelle and never received a response or a refund. To make matters worse, he blocked me on Instagram instead of addressing the situation. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and couples deserve reliability, professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

This is a center run by adults and I expect even the minimum level of professionalism, but I guess not. You've got people who reschedule their entire work weeks for these counseling appointments. Every week you put off his appointments pushes back when he can finally start T and be the man he wants to be. That's not something I can forgive easily.
