That was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance is very casual and welcoming. We both wanted some coffee and have never been to the chocolate holler so we came here. I had the white blossom drink and my husband had the sleeping bear. Both of our drinks were pretty good. Wish more espresso was given without extra charge but that seems like most places these days. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the drinks were tasty. Would definitely come back here when craving unique chocolatey treats.

It's been exactly one year since we last visited that old location, which has since closed. Though I have many years of memories tied to that one, I'm glad to see that business didn't close entirely. We were welcomed by a super-friendly and super-helpful barista who answered any of my "what is vegan?" questions. I ordered a Sipping Chocolate made with Davao, Philippines Dark Chocolate by Askinosie. Pinay-me was curious to taste chocolate by my people. So far we've tried the milk chocolate key lime truffle and the fleur de sel sea salt caramel truffle and they both were so good! Their key lime truffle is definitely a top contender, if not number 1, because they were able to pack so much of the lime flavor into a truffle.
