They replaced the tie rods, and once done they gave me non-traditional quote for rear camdon work without a parts list or labor breakdown of $1,000. They would not do an alignment without that work being done. I took my car to another shop and they inspected the rear cam which was ok and performed the needed alignment for $130. Though they are very friendly and have the convenient ride home service, I won't be going back to them.
