We were in town for a softball tournament on a weekend when our car broke down. Coming from California, we were stressed out and convinced we were going to be struck there until Monday and likely going to have to pay a ton to get home. We were shocked when All America Auto Service opened a locked door, called someone in and fixed out car all in the same day for us to be able to get home. They went above and beyond, driving my husband back to the softball field to watch out daughters game while they repaired the car and picked him back up to pick up the car. They charged us what our mechanic here would have. The integrity of this business is very rare these days - I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us to make sure we got back on the road home and just as important, that we didn't miss our daughters game. read more

We took our truck to All American and they repaired the vehicle In a years' time the part had to be replaced and it was done under warranty. This is when the issue started. The company really didn't want to do the warranty job. The owner first told my wife that it's an old truck (2003 F150 under 150k on the clock) they make noises like that. My wife who the owner didn't know worked in the Automotive Dealership Industry for over 15 years as a parts and service cashier and is into doing allot of her own work on her truck with her husband who was a Dealership Trained Ford Tech with a Degree in Automotive Technolgy with an extensive background in the Automotive Industry. My wife told him that this is the same complaint it was in for last year and you replaced this part, that is when the owner agreed to take it in for warranty. The company wanted to use an OEM part and add a $130.00 onto the warranty as they used a NAPA part the first time. We refused to pay for the OEM part and had them replace the part under the warranty. Since we have had the vehicle back it has been plagued with issues: oil leak (found oil filter and drain plug lose), vacuum leaks (hoses taken partially off and hose clamps loosened), sensors partially unplugged, etc. This truck is 19 years old and always dealership or dealer trained technicians working on it. I have never given a bad review, but this took the cake first insulting my wife about her Old Truck with under 150k on the clock (this truck has never had a issue during the 19 years of ownership just normal wear parts: tires, brakes, clutch, hoses, etc.), then an up-charge on a part that was in their possession before my wife arrived for the warranty repair as if they knew this part was prone to failure from the source ( they had the part before inspection and before my wife arrived). As a Tech I always took every complaint serious, diagnosed the issue before ordering parts, never tried to Hook anyone in my career and always gave my customers what was needed and more. read more
