Had my son's second birthday here and my family and guest had a blast! The staff were super attentive and friendly! They made things easy for me. Totally recommend this place.

My husband caught a HUGE trout!

The farm is really nice, open and lots to see and do. I wasn't expecting to see a zebra and a camel! We came mostly to fish and the ponds are really well stocked. Almost everyone caught at least 1 fish. My youngest (11) wasn't having any luck, so one of the kind staff came over and lent him a pole for free to try and help him out. My son immediately got a big one on the line but fell into the pond and lost it! There were plenty of benches, chairs, buckets and nets. They thought of everything! Be prepared for aggressively cute pygmy goats when you get a veggie bucket. Overall we loved the place and are already planning a return trip.

I don't know where to start here. Farmer Logan and Farmer Megan came to our VBS event, they were absolutely amazing! There animals were fantastic. And overall Farmer Logan handled a bunch if rowdy little ones so well. We than had an issue with another animal person and last second Farmer Logan saved the day and brought some animals for the kiddos to enjoy in just a few hours notice. I would recommend them to anyone!

We rented the party barn for my son's birthday this past weekend. The room was nice and clean. We had plenty of tables and covered shade area outside for everyone. The farm staff was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Kids had a blast, even the teenagers enjoyed going on the scavenger hunt in the woods. Everyone loved feeding all the animals with the veggie buckets and enjoyed fishing! Our daughter caught a 20in trout! It's great that they had unique animals on the farm and that the staff were knowledgeable about them. The farm is big and doesn't feel crowded with people like a zoo would. Definitely would recommend!

Entrance to party barn area! Lots of space!

Rented the party barn for my nephews 1st birthday! -The staff was very friendly we even came the day before just to check the place out and the lady was more than happy to show us around! - Easy booking and check in. - The staff didn't interrupt our party at all, let us be. -The birthday area is HUGE, we had our own donkeys, and other animals. - The whole place is very well kept. - Fun for all ages. I only have one recommendation, *Please allow more time for your guests in the future to set up for the party, 15 mins was not enough time to get all decorations and party food up and out. No one wants to have guests showing up and you are still setting up. Even an extra 15 mins would have been better! Just some thought. I understand a party was before us , but maybe times can be switched a little so that it isn't so close call and people can set up in enough time. Over all would 10/10 recommend And we will definitely be back.

Seriously just want to say THANK YOU! Such a fun safe place for kids to explore and interact with animals! Small family owned farm! It was adorable! As a single mama with two toddlers! It was the perfect place to spend the day! The kids loved it! Yours will too! Between Little Kittens and baby goats running around, it was a little slice of farm paradise. Pet a zebra, my sons first pony-ride, the u-fish was a hit too!! Bring a picnic! Well kept animals! Most are rescues! Sweet and gentle with kids! The staff takes great care of all the animals and all pens are super clean! It's all outdoors, so honey buckets are the only facilities available but honestly it was cleaner than most public restrooms! I was pleasantly surprised! Staff is trained well, super friendly, and keeps up cleanliness! Pricing was great you start a tab and just add on what you need! $10 per person, $3 veggie buckets, $6 pony ride, Seriously if your reading this, wondering if you should go? GO! Fun for all ages!

We purchased a Groupon for the three of us and ventured out! It's actually pretty cool out there. We pulled up thinking, where in the heck are we, but were pleasantly surprised by the staff greeting, instructions on where all the animals were, feeding, playing, and areas we could walk. For $2 a bucket, you get a small pile of kale and bread to feed the animals. Camels, horses, pigs, goats, birds, guinea pigs, deer, zebras, emus, llamas, a donkey, wallabies, a dog, and the cutest baby lamb I have ever seen! We wandered around for a good hour and a half, picked out a couple of pumpkins, and headed home. It was a fun day and for sure an adventure we will remember!

He loved the trail to the musical forest where he played on different drums that were made with upcycled items.

They are also curious and look to sit in thought quite often. The staff was really kind and were present every step of the way. Some people complain about the smell, but seriously, it's a petting zoo... also I know the animals are not "free roaming", but they did not seem unhappy and look to be cared for well. If you would like a cool experience with capybaras, this is a good option. Also, they have a goat named Beast and he is an interesting creature lol. Overall, my family and I had a great time. I am sure experience will vary from person to person, but overall, it looked like everyone had a good time. If they could improve on anything, the reptile zone needs work, but it looked like it was going through some remodeling, so not being too critical on that.

We were greeted at the door by a very nice staff member (Actually all the staff were friendly and polite). After a brief chat about rules we entered the animal encounter. It was clean, and the animals were very accessible. There were wallaby, capybara, maras just to name a few. We purchased a bucket of food and it lasted the whole time we stayed. We enjoyed the ability to roam without time constraints. It did take a little while for littles to warm up. If we come back this way, we'd stop by again.

And apparently I forgot that there was a ride you can go on to stroll through the forested acreage to look at animals out and about. But going off of my previous review it appears I indeed was on this ride before...even though I cannot remember for sure. A lot of has happened the last ten years...so I will keep it at that. The cars that you sit in as you stroll through the forested area are new and electronically run so definitely more eco-friendly. As far as exploring the main area it's about how I remember it as far as looking at the animals and the different types of ones here. I got some great pictures of one of the wolves here and a bunch of them started howling farther back in the wolf area which had a very haunting but beautiful sound to it. The otters put on a good show in the water for us, saw some great looking bald eagles, a golden eagle, bears, racoons, lynx, beaver, owls and a skunk. Like any zoo experience it seems like you can't see every animal that is here either because they are camouflaged and you can't see them, they are nestled deep into a nook or are simply off exhibit which was the case here. We didn't get to see the wolverine, a few of the bigger cats and the red fox. Northwest Trek is still a ton of fun and an extra bonus here was that the park was all decorated for Halloween and I got to see some really great props! They were closing early the day we were here to get ready for a Halloween event once it got dark. But despite that we got to see everything without any kind of pressure to leave...but of course we got there quite early as well!

Park can be great occasionally, but sometimes it's not worth the hassle of going, even as a member…read more Animals are often hidden or put up, the food is very much over priced for quality, and there is often kids going crazy, running through the park or playground without supervision. I've also had numerous occasions where a quick chat with staff seems to be a good venting time for them. Hearing from staff on multiple occasions about how horrible the day is going and "not paid enough to care" is not a great conversation to keep members coming back. Finally, the playground area. I watch my children as they play on the playground, but there is a section that I have to remind my children to stay away from each time. I often see other small children running near this area and almost fall each time. It is the twisted ladder that extends to the top of the rock wall from the ground level. It has a large opening in the top with no barrier for accidental falls. Even watching my children while they play, I still get nervous of this section as it only takes one wrong move for them to be falling out of this gap. The playground seems accepting of children of all ages but in reality, it mainly caters to smaller young kids. This section should be removed or at least add an additional barrier to prevent any future accidents.
