Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!

It seems ever since they built their new headquarters on Cty. CB outside of Appleton, they have not pursued customer excellence. Case in point: my husband and I had acquired and paid off two mortgages, two personal loans, and a car loan with them over the first 20 years, and then when asking for a new credit card they would not issue one until we had a secured card with them for over a year. Fine, we did that, but since we got the CC, the VISA department has messed up on where to send our statements twice, did not credit the amount transferred to the balance, and now TWICE they have added payment credits from prior months back onto the balance. This is ridiculous! And when I call the service line, I keep getting dropped. Three times I requested a call back, and each time they call, the call drops as soon as I pick up! Speaking with a rep today and got dropped again. Unbelievable.

Atmosphere: The inside is clean, they have a nice little waiting area and usually have two tellers at the counter so I'm in and out of here quickly without frustration or wasted time. Service: Rose Thompson is the branch manager here, and she is a gem to work with in regards to my banking needs, I honestly wish I worked with her on a daily basis over some of my real coworkers haha. I've been going to this Associated Bank location since I moved to the area (about 3 years) and I haven't even thought about going to another location since the service has been great.

Of course they're going to be nice and pleasant, but that is only to get you to sign into a horrendous loan. No morals on who they give loans to, I advised them clients who have addiction problems will sign any loan agreement to get money for their next binge. Despite that warning and without any conscience the Cash Store continues to cripple customers to a vicious life of debt and always a " trying to catch up" cycle. Pay day lenders like this will say "we provide a valuable service" and similar statements like that but the truth is so obvious. It is legalized LOAN SHARKING !!

Manager came out and ask again if I wanted to be added to account. He also typed a novel into his computer. At that point I left. You've lost a customer Verve. Good luck. Horrible customer service!
