Mailed DOD change letter but waiting forever at SS office for the 1 minute with the SS clerk to make the change. Parking isn't free and it's really expensive!! After several months the direct deposits both finally into the accounts with TruStone. Even late I still received the bonus deposit from the credit union. Some asshat stole my purse and I immediately notified all my card companies. Visa, Amex immediately overnighted replacements to the hotel, no charge. My primary debit card is through Lake Elmo - they took the longest and charged me a fee. Grrrrrr. CCCU is a fraudulent credit union. You are only allowed to talk to a member specialist, if you have any problem they can't take care of then they play phone tree, relaying information from other department and they get half the info wrong that they were trying to relay from someone else. You are not allowed to speak to technical support at all. Then they tell you it's not their problem and you need to figure it out your self. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! You will regret it.

ATM outside the bank often spits out checks I'm trying to deposit. When I request help from the ATM, nobody is available. Their AI Sky on the phone is maddening. I want a person. Although she says she can do almost anything I need, she cannot. But it's hard to get past her. Why would a bank want to frustrate customers that way. Tried to order single checks (without the carbon duplicates). HAH! I was told by an actual human that nobody does that but if I wanted to it would cost a lot of money. My joint tenant on my checking account passed away and Wings harassed and insulted me (just what you want when someone dies) about getting him off my account. Some of their personal bankers have the brains of rocks. Can't do basic things. No interpersonal skills. They just have no skills or training. One teller sat in front of me reading the entire coputer file on me when I tried to make a deposit and withdrawal. I asked him what he was reading and he said he couldn't tell me but it was all about me. Wow. He seemed quite entertained by whatever this bank says about me in its computer. There is usually a LONG LONG wait to meet with a personal banker, which I wouldn't do except that's the only choice for some services. They don't speak to people in a manner appropriate for a bank, seeming more like a bar floozy you'll find at a dive bar in the middle of nowhere. This wasn't a loan application, it was for a personal checking account. Information about my employer is irrelevant and none of their business. Not to mention that I'm already a customer... It also seems that a bank "concerned" about their customers would (1) not create separate "high yield" and "no yield" accounts - how extremely manipulative and discriminatory, and (2) would have already looked at my account balances and reached out to me to move funds into accounts that were paying more interest.
