I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! This is probably my favorite Zara store - it's huge and has enough open space so you're not running into people or clothes to get by. I'm glad I went during the week because the store was slowly starting to get messy. The jeans table had jeans EVERYWHERE - I didn't even know how to navigate looking for one because they were all over the place. I also saw the same jacket in 2 different locations - one which was in the same rack with identical jackets but in a different color which were not on sale. I'm glad I caught this at the register cause it was a $20 price difference. They already had limited sizes in a few items I wanted which was disappointing since there was at least 5 items I wanted to get but couldn't find the right size for. I don't recall seeing any sales associates on the floor unless they were putting something away from the fitting room so it can be hard to get help if needed. One thing I wish Zara had were shopper bags to carry around the store while looking around because you HAVE to carry everything by hand without having a place to put it on hold. If you're like me, you're trying to make as few trips to the fitting room as possible. Things start getting heavy after picking out the 7th dress you like.

My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!
