Well I was a little surprised at how low the stock is !? Wonder if they are shutting down too ( like Bed Bath and Bryond) Anyway this Mens T-shirt is so soft and is the best for sleeping in, got it supper big. I just love it. Love old navy! Always great prices, service, and selection. Usually really organized, can get a bit messy but I know customers can be messy. They recently changed the layout of the store which I really like. The line for the registers are smoother with more cashiers and registers open. They always have great sales, I LOVE their jeans. I'm pretty short so they are really the only store that carries the perfect length for jeans. All my jeans/pants are from here and the quality of them is great. I would highly recommend Old Navy and this location. read more

More like 3 1/2 stars. This store is huge with lots of inventory, but located a bit set back in the shopping plaza. You have to be specifically coming here, as you will not see it from the street just driving by. I'm an Old Navy fan. I like their clothes -- relatively inexpensive and in trendy styles so even if I'm looking for something just for a current season, I know I won't have to spend a lot of money. That being said, I have some basics from Old Navy that I use constantly. This is not my regular Old Navy store, but we were in the area and I had some cash coupons to use. Shopping previously, I'd earned them by spending a certain amount of money. I was looking to replace some old sweats (the recent cold snap saw them doing extra duty) and they were also having a sale on many items. Unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for this time for me. It's too bad, because I could have then combined my $10 off with their 40% off sale. Store sale attracted lots of customers today. Most were here for the flip flop sale. 10 limit. Thought I was going to have to wait long in line. But KUDOS to the cashiers today! They were quick and efficient! I was in the store at 10:30, out by 10:50, according to my receipt!! Things were clearly labelled around the store. Lots of single digit priced items! From my experiences shopping at different ON locations... this is fairly clean, organized, and has friendly employees. However, I do feel that ON has changed in terms of the age groups for fashion. I remember back in high school that they had amazing fashion options for young adults... right now... it seems the fashion is more geared towards young adults who have kids. And I'm not one of those. Stuck between the Juniors and Womens fashion is where I am. I don't want to look like a teeny bopper, nor do I want to look too professional or matronly. While the front display areas are clean and organized, the dressing rooms always seem to be cluttered and overflowed with clothing that was tried on, and maybe boxes of hangers and whatnot being kept in there as storage. I really don't care for ON as much as I did back then, not even the sales can lure me in.... except for the summer/fall swimsuit sales when they are discounted down as much as $1.99 for a bikini top. I purchased variety of 9 soft washed tee shirts from old navy online waited 5-7 days to receive. Unfortunately one shirt which came from a pack of three was not stitched properly a manufactory defect. I brought back to store and found a new one in a different color but at checkout was told they cant make exchange unless i return all three! I had already wore the other two and washed. I called customer service and they said they would take back all three but I would have to send back and re-wait . This is a total waste of time money and effort. I will never buy product online or instore from old navy and will pass this on to all my family members and friends. Just a real piss poor way to lose business, I know why Amazon is just eating your lunch , I can see this store becoming another Amazon warehouse. navy read more

When Old Navy has a sale, boy do they have a SALE. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and picked up numerous clothing and shoes for myself, my sister and my boyfriend. There is something for everyone and if you stop in on the right days (and add the benefits of emailed coupons) you stand to make an awesome shopping trip! read more

O stars for customer service in this store. Called corporate and never received a call back so called again this morning and was offered a coupon to use online for the trouble I had. Didn't want their coupon- not why I called. I will never go into another Gap, Banana Republic or certainly Old Navy again because their help is by far the worst I've seen in awhile. I hope the party I spoke to at corporate does see this and at least corrects issues for others read more

Bought an item on line and the shipping receipt said the best way to return is in store. Just want to do an exchange for a smaller size. The two young ladies on the floor in the Boynton Beach store were very nice but the young girls at checkout, not. There were about 5 girls all but one of them standing around and talking. I waited till they saw me and they asked me what I wanted and I told them to exchange a smaller size for the blouse I bought on line. One of them told me you have to return the one you have and buy the new one because they can't exchange on line purchases. So much for the easy return in store. Fine. Got to the register and it was a young blonde who was not part of the blabbing group. She told me the amount that would be credited to my PayPal account and the new amount, which was the same. Shoves the blouse in the bag with the packaging that it was shipped in via on line. I hand her cash and she calls the other girl and sys "She's paying cash." I asked her if that was a problem and she told me she can't take cash at her register. ??? So the other girl takes it and hands me the bag with my penny change, and I said "Oh, you can keep that penny," "I can't keep it." That's what she said, as rude as can be, as was the other girl who initially took my purchase and return. You would think these brats would be happy to have a job with what the world is going through now. Apparently not. The youth of today is a mess. read more

This Old Navy location is very convenient and is surrounded by all sorts of different stores so it makes it easy to do shopping for the whole family I one location. The store itself is big but is not always the most organized and clean store. The staff are friendly are nice for the most part but somewhat disorganized. The fitting room area is always a circus because it's either understaffed or not staffed at all and becomes a free for all amongst shoppers. Overall though, it has a great selection and a wonderful clearance section. read more

We shop at a few different Old Navy locations. This one is out favorite so far. It being close to us doesn't play a role, if we like something we will drive but this location is the best we've been to. We are always greeted and acknowledged soon as we walk in. There is a fitting room attend who is friendly. The items are always clean and neat and well marked. There is staff around to ask if you need help. The check out line is always easy and painless.
