I visited the Eagan Outlet just to visit this Gap Factory Store. It did not disappoint! It was fun seeing the exact jacket that I was wearing at this store, but in white. Yep, I truly do love this brand. I ended up getting a couple of sweaters that were $7.99 each. They look great and fit nicely. I also got the most comfortable pair of cargo pants. I was not expecting to be that comfortable. It had more Lycra than I had anticipated. I had to get a pair. I wasn't anticipating getting purple mittens and matching hat. Initially, I was looking at a purple infinity scarf. It was okay, but I liked the matching purple mittens and hat a lot more. They felt right when I tried them on. More importantly, they were heavily reduced. Both items combined didn't exceed $5. I had to try everything in the fitting room. It was bright and clean. I had plenty of places to hang my stuff and the articles of clothing that I wanted to try on. The man cashing me out was helpful. He asked whether I had any coupons. Nope, I didn't, but I was happy that he had asked me. I saved a ton of money, which made my day. I paid using a credit card. The transaction processed quickly. I also got Gap cash. Rehn the store manager was SO friendly and nice. She let me know the specific jeans I was looking for are no longer being sold, but to check the clearance section. She also offered me other suggestions to try as an alternative. I couldn't tell you the last time I've received such wonderful customer service at a clothing store. Unfortunately, the clearance section did not have the jeans in my size, but I found some other goodies at a fantastic rate. The store was well organized . Staff were so friendly and personable. Only area that needed some attention was the fitting rooms. I was so happy to walk away with only spending $15 on two pairs of pants which normally would have costed me $60. I'll definitely be back to check out the clearance section.

I obviously didn't know about that when I made my purchase). Cute store, great people. It's just a little difficult to park because there is no lot, only pricy city meters nearby.

I also had seen online they had a $50 or 40% deal off in stores and online so I drove on over - dreading trying on jeans but hopeful. Upon walking in, TWO staff greeted me kindly, not pressuring me to buy but simply to say hello. I immediately felt some relief and a bit more comfortable! They let me know the daily deals and to let them know if I had any questions (perfect...no pressure and I can browse first). I did so, browsing for a bit, but I needed some help so I asked a staff and she was FANTASTIC. She helped me figure out the styles/fits based on what I was looking for, collected jeans and prepared a fitting rooms with them, helped me find the perfect size based on what jeans stretch more or less, etc. I showed her many pairs as I tried them on and she asked questions to ensure a good fit - is a comfortable fit, can you sit okay, explained materials and fit, let me know the stretch for the jeans, etc. (round of applause..). She made me feel confident in selecting a couple pairs of jeans and I never once felt she was just trying to sell me stuff. Will NOT go another place for jeans (and other items, such good clothing - side note but I came back and they helped me with finding a shirt for my engagement photos). 10/10 check out for finding the perfect pair of jeans and other clothing items and shoes. Also - found a perfume I ADORE! Check this location out.

Everything is in standard thrift store quality and there's no reason to justify selling a used Worn shirt for about $25. I know our other vintage stores are pretty bad at this as well. Staff here was very friendly and they have a good selection of apparel items, mainly a lot of dressy shirts though the selection is larger for women than it is for men. They have some good hats too I won't lie about that. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with the store or my visit.

Um...favorite store in the world…read more I'm almost anxious to give this such a good rating because I want to keep it a secret! Their slogan is true, it is the best kept secret in the Twin Cities! So this place isn't your typical consignment store. There's so many around the area that that market is saturated and boring. No, this is a store for high end clothing that is slightly imperfect. This could mean a makeup stain from someone who tried it on in the store, a small fabric tear, a broken zipper, or a snag in the material. The imperfections range in size and severity. These clothes have never been owned--the luxury brand tags are always still attached! Annex gets shipments in 6 week cycles. The first few weeks are full price ($15-$25...still dirt cheap for high quality brands!) and the clothes that usually go during this time are the nice brands with very small imperfections. Next, the store marks ALL clothes down to $10 for a few weeks. Then to $5 for about a week. Then......$3 for two days!!! I pretty much only go during the $3 days because I love to hunt for the last treasures standing. I get the best deals here. Michael Kors, Free People, and Loft are a few of my favorite brands I get here for dirt cheap. You do have to be willing to either stitch up an imperfection or live with a slightly impaired product, but if perfection isn't a requirement for you, you have to check this place out! They have awesome bags and shoes too, but these don't go on sale typically. Shoes range from $5-$25--some have no visible imperfections, but stay away from ones with broken straps or other things not worth trying to fix. Bags usually have a little black mark or something easy to look past, and they sell great bag brands like Michael Kors and Cole Haan. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this place. All my friends know when I wear something new that I got it for $3 at Annex. If you're willing to fix a small imperfection or look past it, this is the place for you! Happy hunting :)

Everything is at least 80% off retail. All of the items are damaged in some way (hole, rip, makeup stain, broken zipper, etc). They conveniently attach a tag that describes the damage, as well as where it's located. Personally, I haven't had luck here, but I friend of mine is in love with this place. She frequently finds dresses that are as low as $3 and simply need the zipper replaced. If only I had that kind of time and skill! Again, if you have the time and the ability to mend clothing, you'll have a heck of a time shopping here.

I was ecstatic to see this store at Ridgedale Center. I came here originally to check out Dick's Sporting Goods. Instead, I ended up in a lineup for Hello Kitty items for nearly two hours. After that, I decided to check out the mall and this store. Earlier this year, at the Urban Outfitters in downtown Toronto, it had a Walkman-like device where you pop in a cassette tape, connect your earbuds to it, and play your music proudly as if you were in the 80's. I sadly didn't see it in this store. Maybe that was a blessing in disguise. I would have bought it, but needed to wait till I returned home to play my cassettes. I loved the lavender mini waffle maker by Dash. It was in my favourite colour, but I already have a similar one. I passed on it. The store had notebooks for the stationery lover. It also had mini lightning, from bubble tea, to Garfield. It truly is an awesome store. I could live in it forever. Oddly, what caught my attention was a Hello Kitty and friends t-shirt. The Hello Kitty Cafe popup did not have any t-shirts. I ended up getting one here at a cheaper price. I needed to try it on. I grabbed a couple of different sizes and headed to the change room. I had a delightfully friendly man who took my t-shirts over to a change room, propped the door open with a rather large wooden cube, hung the t-shirts up, and said to take my time and holler if I needed anything. He took one look at my new Hello Kitty pink canvas bag containing my purchases and asked if I enjoyed the cafe popup. I did! It was worth lining up to experience it and get some cool items. I loved how excited he was for me. His enthusiasm was infectious and refreshing. I loved his flair and pure joy being at this store. You could tell that he loved working here and genuinely loved chatting with everyone, including me. I tried both t-shirts on. Both fit. I went with the roomier one. You can't have the Sanrio gang look like they want to pop out of your t-shirt because it's too tight, you know. He was happy that I got one that worked for me. He took the one that I didn't want and wished me a great day. I reciprocated and kept shopping. There is a discount section near the change rooms. I saw a mini humidifier, which now seemed like a precursor to my using my mini one towards the end of the trip. This one in the store was cute, but I already had one with me, and two similar ones back home. It was a steal at $5. I went to pay for my item at the cashout area. I was briefly distracted by the snacks in that area. So evil! My willpower kicked in and I only bought the t-shirt. I paid with a credit card. All went well. The man put my t-shirt in a reusable, slender bag. I loved it so much that I brought this bag home. I thanked him and left with my purchase. My t-shirt is comfortable and cozy. I'm so glad that I saved a bit by getting it here instead. This Urban Outfitters is great. It has items that I love and staff are super friendly. I'd return here when I'm in the area. (397)
