I've been hearing and seeing advertisements for Old Navy lately. I was nearby, so, I decided to stop by. There was so much to see. Let me fill you in. Old Navy was having a 40% off Sale. Old Navy has a variety of styles and sizes for the whole family! It seemed like they had a larger selection of plus sizes. The items, I was interested in purchasing, had tags but not price tags. This was a bit disappointing. The Clearance Section was out of control. There was clothes on the floor, clothes piled up and clothes trailing in the aisles. They are understaffed and it showed. Lol. It looks like they hired two people to help with zoning the store but, they could not keep up because, they kept chatting each other up. They were really nice though and they both tried to help me find my Resting Grinch Face Tee. The short Hispanic guy, told me, We really want you to find what you want, so you will come back. Aww, that's sweet. He caught me off guard when he said that. I'm not used to that response. That's the spirit! The sale brought lots of big families in to shop. Y'all this place a MESS! I wanted to do some cute shopping but I was overwhelmed by the huge mess. Clothes, kids toys, food, racks and dead bugs just everywhere. I went to the restroom and while I was sitting there the light. Kept turning off. I had to use my flash light to see in the bathroom, while pop music playing I felt like I was in a horror movie. My advice is hire some people give them adderall and a day to clean, I bet it would be back in shape in no time read more

I usually love shopping at Old Navy, but this is the most disorganized store in which I've ever been. I wear a 2XL, and EVERY TIME I grab something I like off the rack that I like, the hanger says 2X but the item itself is much smaller-- usually a small or extra small. Everything is haphazardly strewn about, with items nowhere near where they should be and piles of clothes under the racks. So frustrated, but I won't be buying anything here today. read more

Went in for sale Sunday evening. We accidentally left our card at home. The employee told me they would hold our order until Tuesday morning (YAY!). Customer service is out the window and I blame this on management. I received a text for a one day only sale in stores and online. I showed the fitting room attendant a picture of the 2 shirts on sale. He kinda looked a round a bit and said "guess we don't have them" what's the item #? I'm sitting here with my app open showing the guy the picture and descriptions. Click on the product details that had a number and he said that wasn't it as their product numbers are longer. Hey, I don't work here. Shouldn't you know?? Train your employees better. It's not really their fault if you don't train them. To finish it off I told him I don't really like ordering online and having to return because the register lines are always so long. Unorganized, dirty, and staff with no sense of urgency to do anything. Waited 15 minutes as the next person in line for the cashier to finally call for back up. Then someone finally came up and started helping her figure out how to ring up a reward rather than help ring up the next customer in line. Absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't for large purchase I had spent so much time picking out for my two kids I would have left without getting anything based on the sheer lack of customer service. Usually I like Old Navy but this store was a disaster. Most ON have women's on the right and men's on the left; this store was the opposite but that is the least of their problems. Customer service is NON EXSISTENT. The store was busy but it was a mess; with clothes all over the floor and super disorganized. I was going to buy a few items and got in line, but 30 minutes later, the line had moved up one customer. There was a lady who was apparently arguing with the manager (?) about some aspect of a large purchase, and she was holding up everyone. She kept showing the cashier her phone, and the cashier/manager kept telling her no. There was another cashier, but she literally moved as if she was underwater she was so slow, scowling the entire time. There was also a guy who was at the registers, but he left and did not return. There did not seem to be any backup. The line literally stretched halfway to the back of the store. I finally decided it wasn't worth it and left, only to be approached by a sketchy looking person asking for money in the parking lot. This store staff obviously does not care whether they provide decent service or if customers just walk out. I'd rather just shop online or head down CTP to another store. Highly recommend you avoid this location. read more

Despite the three star rating, I like this Old Navy a lot. Well if I like it so much, why do I give it only three stars? The location is very busy. Hulen is crazy, especially with traffic around the holidays or on the weekends. The shopping center where Old Navy is located has gotten increasingly busy over the years. Beyond all of that, the store is messy and it's set up contradictory to virtually every other Old Navy store. Women's clothing is on the left and men's is on the right. Huh? To add to the confusion, their sizing on the racks is terribly off. You might see a large in front and a small in the back. As someone who used to work retail (including at Old Navy), it drives me crazy to have to go on a wild goose chase to find my size. The bright side is the selection is great. I can usually find hot items in my size and compare the items in real life to what I've seen online. That has saved me from buying some pieces that weren't flattering in person. Employees aren't really helpful and lines are always really long if you come at peak times. They don't make good use of the employees. Old Navy's policy is not to have a long line and employees standing around doing nothing. That's why this store has low ratings on Yelp and probably does on the surveys that spit out of the register tape every other transaction. read more

I had a good visit here. The women's side was organized for the most part and I was able to find everything in its place. The men's side was a bit disorganized but not unmanageable. The fitting room attendant was great and kept things organized. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly and provided excellent customer service. FINALLY, after two years of looking I found a bathing suit. Of all places, Old Navy, which I never go into. I could not believe it. Seriously, the fit was perfect, the staff really attentive for a weekend afternoon, along with a super tidy store. This blue and yellow bathing suit will really get a lot of use. Who would have thought it was on sale and on clearance. (though, I am not sure how long it will last) $8.14 out the door. I nearly fell over! Perhaps, I should frequent this place more. :) read more

The service has been so bad lately, I had to give it 1 star. I have been in there 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and the line has been so long, the cashiers so slow, and not enough of them I had to leave 2 times because I didn't have time to wait! Yesterday I was trying to find a coat for my niece. We needed help to get the coats down from near the ceiling. I looked all around for help. Finally went to one of the TWO cashiers- who ignored me standing there for a long time before I said I needed help finding a coat. She called for someone and no one ever came. I literally saw no other workers in the store the whole time and we looked all over! THIS STORE NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES AND A NEE MANAGER!!! read more

I walked in during the tax free weekend and I must say the place was quite organized. Things were thrown everywhere but at least they were where they should be. I walked in rather late, but they still had all the sizes I needed. Of course, not everything I wanted was available. The clearance stuff is usually what I go for. If you get lucky, you'll find yourself something cute for under $10! The wait in line went quickly given the volume of the store. I shopped here on several occasions and spent over 100 on two occasions on baby clothes alone. Today I went in to browse the baby section for my daughter, with no luck finding clothes her size I headed to the men's section to look for shirts for my boyfriend-- no luck. Finally I settled for a white blouse in the women's section and headed to the jewelry section to find a matching necklace. On all four occasions I was followed, and harassed by the employees who continuously asked me if I was finding everything alright. After the fifth time being asked I felt like leaving the store. I could not browse the jewelry section for necklaces without feeling eyes on me as if I were attempting to shoplift. What humored me was the fact that I was wearing a 500.00 necklace and I kept getting harassed about viewing 9.00 necklaces. Thanks old navy employees. Yeah read more

Old Navy now makes cute work out clothes. Yes they are pretty basic, but I can't afford to shop at Lulu all the time, okay? So when I want some cute leggings and zip up hoodies I come here. The manager was so rude! The cashier I was checking out was new, and needed help processing my SuperCash coupons, so she called the manager over, a lady with medium brown hair. The manager never smiled at me ONCE and was visibly annoyed at me splitting up my $200 transaction so I could use my SuperCash and a gift card. She literally rolled her eyes. She said "You can't combine SuperCashes" I said, "Yes, but I'm splitting up the $200 into $50 purchases..." And she just sighed and got started. She did mention something about one of my coupons being worth more if I used it differently- so that was nice, but she pointed it out in a way like I must be a huge idiot for not realizing it already. Then she didn't even say "have a nice day" once the whole 15 minute ordeal was over. I said it very politely to her after waiting a solid five seconds of eye contact to see if she would. She didn't- so I did. Taking the high road. I think I'll only shop online. $7 shipping is worth not being made to feel like dirt. They do have a good clearance selection and the biggest shoe section I've seen in an Old Navy. The older woman working the fitting rooms was very pleasant to interact with. The parking lot is crowded, but there's plenty of spaces if you cruise around. I just cannot get over that stonefaced manager. Horrible customer service. My partner and I go in to Old Navy to pick up some inexpensive jeans for him to wear to work. So I get to this table that has a sign which states 40% off. I think great since these are work jeans what a great deal. Well my partner finds a couple of pair that fit and we head to the counter we get to the counter and discover the jeans are only 30% off still not a bad deal however I am looking at the table which has the jeans and the 40% off sign so like an idiot I ask why they are priced differently. No joke the guy behind the counters says to me "that's not my problem, do you still want them" my partner who knows me quite well starts to laugh. I ask to see the guys manager. So I track down this guy who when I ask "are you the manager? He replies "I guess for now I am" to assist me. Needless to say I bring up the issue of the sign and he goes out of his way to try and make me look like an idiot because they failed to place their signs properly. The final insult was this little whisp of a man saying to me well if the sign is that confusing, do you want me to remove it? Maybe if he had spent more time trying to assist me instead of checking out my partners biceps we could have resolved the issue much more quickly. I will not be returning. read more

I would like to give a HUGE kudos to Jesus, he helped me find an item that was in the clearance section since they did not have it in my size. He called another store and had them ship it to my house with a small fee. He took the time and made the effort to help and it was really awesome!! This store always has friendly staff and is always clean. Even when they have big sales, the store stays neat and you can find what you need. The cashiers are proactive and help everyone check out and be on their way as quickly as possible. Great store! read more
