The gals that assisted me were lovely. When I came out of the fitting room asking for their honest appraisal, the three gals were honest. They didn't act as if they were only trying to sell items & get me out the door. They were kind, took their time to help & made helpful suggestions. My wife walked around and found a pair of the shoes she brought in still on the rack. The woman told her that her name isn't coming up in the system and there is nothing she can do to help her. My wife showed her the receipt and the woman still refused to help and tried to keep the receipt. It clearly shows a date of 5/23 which is less than 30 days. I was so pleased with my purchases and couldn't wait to wear them. But, being a newly single mom with a 3 year old, the opportunities to wear my cutesy clothes were few and far between. So, I finally got around to wearing my favorite purchase - an adorable short romper - and loved every minute of it. Until I washed it. When I went to hang it up, the fabric had torn at the stitching for the elastic band at the top - right in the middle! Because of where it is and how the garment was made, there is no way to mend it, so I took it back to the store. Wow - I was in for a surprise! I was told that they couldn't do anything for me because it was past the 14 day return policy and I had worn and washed the item. I explained to them that they item was DEFECTIVE! If I had just simply changed my mind I could understand them not taking it back - but it is ruined! After 1 wash! So, buyer beware! These clothes are cute and seem to be priced right, but if you want clothes that are going to last longer than one wash and a common sense return policy, I would shop elsewhere. I also feel that since their return policy is so restrictive they should have it posted on posterboard at the register!

This particular store has never failed me. There is always a sale and I usually have a coupon to get an additional discount. I've bought both casual and work pieces. I can normally save about $100-$200 in the factory store verses the regular store in the mall. Hell, I'm not going to lie. Sometimes the prices still feels like full mall prices. The customer service is always excellent. You are greeted at the door. There is always someone one on the sales floor and the wardrobe room. But never do you feel like you're being hounded for a sale. If you're ever in the Round Rock area. I highly recommend you check out the Ann Taylor store.
