All women's wear. I didn't see a lot of brand names. They have a few high end. But it's very limited from what I could see. Even though this was a miss for me. It's a thrift store, and they will always have new items coming in. And I guess they also have an online store. So if you see it in the store and you didn't buy it, and now regret it (I know, I've been there) you can head over to their online store snag it up. Parking is huge. If you're not sure where they are located. It's in the IKEA shopping center in Round Rock.

The…read morewoman at the counter (who said she was the owner), told my wife that since the items were dropped off over 30 days ago, they were all donated. My wife walked around and found a pair of the shoes she brought in still on the rack. The woman told her that her name isn't coming up in the system and there is nothing she can do to help her. My wife showed her the receipt and the woman still refused to help and tried to keep the receipt. It clearly shows a date of 5/23 which is less than 30 days. This particular store has never failed me. There is always a sale and I usually have a coupon to get an additional discount. I've bought both casual and work pieces. I can normally save about $100-$200 in the factory store verses the regular store in the mall. Hell, I'm not going to lie. Sometimes the prices still feels like full mall prices. The customer service is always excellent. You are greeted at the door. There is always someone one on the sales floor and the wardrobe room. Stopped in here and selection seemed limited from what I am used to seeing. But really the kicker was that no one spoke to me the entire time I looked around. They helped the other person shopping- told her about the sale, started a dressing room, etc, but I felt invisible. It was just so odd because I typically have the opposite experience at Loft stores. I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

I did have two employees ask me if I needed help which was great. At other times, staff would walk right by me and not even acknowledge me. I was on a time crunch and just needed my hat cleaned. Only one guy back there, Holden, and it was busy. He had to manage a phone and customers. Three other employees right there. One was stocking items nearby. The other was a young lady folding clothes at the hat counter. Maybe she isn't qualified to work on hats. The third seemed like a supervisor but she was just running around the area and Holden had to manage everything else going on. I give him a thumbs up. Not only did he take care of the hat I brought in but he found a new Stetson I wanted and made sure I had everything I needed. I would go here again.
