The quality of the clothes is a step up from J.Crew and Banana Republic - which is where I had been shopping previously. More importantly, the clothes fit better given the 3-4 different "fits" the company has for most clothing items. What separates this store and Bonobos apart is their service. Great with price adjustments, returns, speed of delivery, etc. I've worked with Austin a number of times, and he's been my go-to whenever I see an item online - he's able to sometimes offer guide-shop exclusive discounts. Every time I come in the store, he's a personal stylist - offering ways to mix and match items with other colors. Definitely a good resource.

Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!! The Manager herself was the worst and set a very very poor example to the other staff. Walked in with family and friends - not one person including bother to acknowledge us or greet us. I need assistance and recommendations with items and sizing. No one bothered to help with a friendly attitude. The manager had a smug look and couldn't be bothered. I was in desperate need of a few gifts asap for a party this coming weekend - I was recommended by my boss to shop at Janie and Jack and was excited to have a great experience shopping for four gifts for toddlers and needless to say I had to walk out because it was making me so incredibly upset to patronize this establishment and not being treated respectfully instead ignored by the sales staff and when I ask questions about sizing it was short and cold.
