It's not actually that old, not compared to places in Europe where a certain Yelp reviewer is from. Not my favourite store by any stretch of the imagination but Barbie really likes it, especially this particular location which she visits on a semi-regular basis, and so for that reason I can give it three stars. I don't have too much from them in my closet and they don't make too many sexy or slutty outfits for me or her, but they still give it a good effort and I appreciate that. read more

This is my local Old Navy location so I come by here pretty often. They are usually pretty busy and stay pretty messy. The sizes available are usually limited as well. There's plenty of shared parking for all of the stores. read more

Okay, you may not think so, but Old Navy Gulfgate location is the best one. They always still have the best "non-picked through" stuff that the other more popular locations are lacking. But what drives this store, more than the ridiculously low prices, the selection and the locale (right by my office) by FAR, is the customer service at this particular Old Navy. Just the other day I was in there, minding my own business and going through the $5 swimsuit rack, when i heard a voice: Felicia: "Excuse me miss" Me: "Yes?" Felicia: "I just have to tell you, I really like your style. Like all of it, the hair, the clothes, everything." Me: (blushing): "THANK YOU!" Felicia's coworker (A DUDE) to Felicia: "Um. Do you know her?" Felicia to DUDE coworker: "No. I don't, but that doesn't matter. I'm gonna compliment a girl when she looks nice. I'm not a HATER, I am an appreciator, and a celebrator." Now a little known fact is: My whole adult life, I have been complimenting complete strangers (women) if they deserved it. And up until that moment, I don't think I'd ever actually been on the receiving end of a random accolade. But here I was, face to face with a genuine karmic compliment! So I continued shopping and was ready to GET OUT with my compliment and my $10 swimsuit. Along I roll over to Tyneshia, working the register. She is super sweet. I asked her about another swimsuit, which they didn't have, I asked about a pair of sunglasses (which they also didn't have), but either way, Tyneshia completed the superb customer service experience and i am hooked on my Gulfgate location for LIFE. read more

Very limited on the sizes they carry. I have never been to a old navy with such limited size selection. My daughter and I are very opposite sizes and neither of us could find shorts in our size. read more

I like Old Navy's clothing but I do not like walking into the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth. I thought I had see the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth when I visited a truck stop near Centerville on my way to Dallas... until I went to this Old Navy location. It's an Old Navy. It was a very quiet Old Navy. I'm not sure if it was a lack of background music or just because there was hardly anyone inside. And the birds absolutely love these stores as the sidewalks outside will show you. read more

This old navy is rather far from where I live but I decided to stop by and use my super cash since I was leaving school. I walked in and the store was very clean. Not to bash on the old navy by my house but, this one was very organized, the staff actually helped me out with any questions I had and they were kind about it rather than reciting some retail script. Wow, this place carries like one thing in stock in each dept, no , really, one thing.

Just visited this location because I was on lunch break. I was attempting to return some khakis my wife got me. I went straight to the check out line. I was third in line and there were 3 staff members behind the counter one of which was a manager. So I observe one staff continue to check people out while the manager explains a display that needs to be done in the back of the store. Two more people get in line after me, then a third meanwhile the manager is oblivious to any customers and just leaves the station with the staff member leaving one staff to check out 6 people. The manager should open their eyes and realize some type of customer service. Check all of us out, jump on a register and help people but no. I guess Old Navy doesn't care about their customers. I didn't get a chance to return anything because I didn't have the receipt. A store credit will be mailed to me within 6-8 weeks, paid $35 for the pants and they were only going to give $10 value. Can't they just barcode the item to remember purchase price and provide gift card. I remember when they use to do that but I guess times have changed. I would avoid this Old Navy if I were you. read more
