i purchased item 2 months ago and went to return them to the store with the reciept!!!! i was told that because it was more than 30 days i could not get a refund nor could i get a store credit. i checked my reciept and it says full refund with a recipt within 30 days but does not specify what happens after the 30 days. the store gives you a number to call to find out why you are denied a refund but the people dont know what they are doing. i was told "i guess" thats why you were not allowed to return the items. please post with anywhere!!!!!!!! read more

The store was somewhat disorganized, and there were far too few cashiers for the volume of business. However, we did find some great bargains, and the associate we saw fixing the shelves was very helpful at pointing us toward those bargains! read more

You want mysterious sizing that guarantees you need to try on everything to ensure that this medium is in fact medium and not extra-super-ginormous, check. Aggressively trendy clothing, check. Surly cashiers who would rather see you dead than ring you up, not here. What? Yes, this spot actually hosts decent employees! Sure, the store looks like a bomb hit an Indonesian sweatshop scattering poorly made trendy clothing as far as the eye can see, but the workers here will actually help you navigate the mess to find what you're looking for. I want yesterday to exchange clothes my 1 year old son go for his birthday. The sizes were to big. I did not have the receipt. So I wanted in line for 15 minutes, for a rude cashier to give me an attitude and suck her teeth at me. I'm sorry, but this is the job you have chosen for yourself. She then rang my stuff up and throw it back into the bag with some type of receipt and told me to get what I need and bring everything back up the the register. So I proceeded to the baby/toddler section, got my items and headed back in line, where I waited another 15 minutes. Now, I got another cashier with an even bigger attitude. She didn't understand anything that I explained to her about the other cashier. She was a nasty, miserable BITCH!!! Cashier number 2632463. I will never go back to this old navy again. And the store was a disaster, I only saw one person working the floor. read more
